The staff here was really helpful. I do not wear makeup and was picking up some products to try out as a first time user and the staff was incredibly helpful, kind, and all around awesome. Definitely will be going back to this store.
Do not get your makeup done at this Sephora. They do the worst makeup. Go to a salon or a makeup artist. Also make sure you know what you are getting when you make an appointment online. There are different types of makeup and they give you a hard time when you try to cancel. They charged me full price for only eye makeup which wasn’t even done well. I regret going here and I definitely will never get my makeup done at Sephora again.
To be honest, the assortment of this store is completely enough for me. By and large, I dont buy cosmetics anywhere else. I think anyone will find everything they need here.
Very bad experience. I have what appears to be a product that was used.During a pandemic this is very concerning. Every product should have a taped box that should be checked. The manager blamed it on being under staffed
Needed to exchange a product my husband got the wrong shade of. Store would not exchange it and claims I “bought it a year ago” because I initially bought the product using my Sephora account. Reality is that my husband didn’t give my number and paid cash.Manager says “no we can’t exchange, corporate policy” so I asked for the district managers info and was given the generic 877- Sephora number. They say only the store can help. Meanwhile I look at the box while on the phone and it was SOLD TO US AFTER THE PRODUCT EXPIRATION DATE! we got this within the month and it expired 5/21Great so now I’m even madder than before and they refuse to connect me with higher management to resolve this stupidity.
Shopping here during corona is not a pleasant experience experience. Do not touch anything, all wands are cut off of mascaras so you can’t really see what you are wanting to purchase. The woman Laura in the skin care area was very helpful and knowledgeable but if the store is going to be basically watching your every move your entire shopping experience maybe they should assign a rep to walk around to show you what you want to look at. This place used to be one of my favorite places to shop at, as makeup is not cheap. There were no issues when touching the keypad to check out with my $150 purchase 🙄🙄
It’s COVID and challenging in every possible way and I just needed someone to take care of me. Not searching on a computer with endless choices to sort. I needed a human.Toni, was perfect for me. I told her what was important and she listened. I ended up with great products but more importantly in this age of distancing it was just nice to be taken care of... Thanks Toni!

*****KEN IS THE WORST. *****RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL to customers visiting the store. I have never encountered such an unpleasant employee at a Sephora store. He needs to be properly trained on customer service or not be around the customers at all...
No samples!! After asking I got only one. When I pointed out that online you get 3, I was told thats only online, which is complete BS because I shopped at other locations and always got samples. You want to keep hour retail stores open, how about giving your customers better treatment in store than online.

A wonderful experience as always. On this visit I was able to spend some time with Maura, a skin care expert, and she showed me a wonderful skin care routine I can’t wait to implement. All staff I interacted with was friendly, the store was clean and very well lit, and I can’t wait to return. This location is highly recommended!
I, a respectful and adult male, got yelled at. Legitimately, and truly, yelled. at. by a lovely Susan who then denied me my returns. I’ve visited this store three times. Twice, years ago, and this time. So it’s not that. She didn’t even have my (membership) card yet. So it’s not that either.The short, less ugly version is that she told me I could return ONE item. I only had three and it was two days after Christmas. (No wonder my mom asked me to do this.) I understand stress, and I’ve worked retail. But when a customer is treated poorly enough that they (I) feel the need to take out their camera and start recording...The funny part is that she just kept yelling in spite of me being a gentleman and simply taking out my phone to record. I ended up going with my only option of one return but I will not be returning. I thought it might have had something to do with me but I feel better seeing Susan mentioned by the other reviewers.
I lost my foreo charger and I really want to charge it as soon as possible so I was near by Sephora at this location. I Asked the lady at the front and she helped me right away with it. And also get help to find a good product for my acne. Very helpful and nice Staff.
Store itself was good. however one worker came right in front of my daughter, blocking her to fix whatever she was playing with. She was just looking at these minis near the register area. My daughter was not being obnoxious, but the worker assumed she would make a mess. Dont think Im going back to that one.
I HATE this Sephora. I had a really bad experience here. I am never going back. The employees here are so rude and talk smack behind your back. They treated us like trash and made us feel like dirty intruders.
Always friendly and very helpful whether over the phone or in person. Theres always someone to help. Its great because they will make you up samples to try!!!

My store experience here once again was horrible, until I got to the check out. When I first arrived was not greeted, and did not receive any assistance or acknowledgement despite walking past 4-6 employees who were chatting among each other. It was near to closing time so I quickly browsed, then made my way to the cash wrap. Thankfully there was no line, I walked up to the cashier and, immediately I was cheerfully greeted by Brie. After ringing my purchase, she was able to answer a few questions and assisted me in choosing out my birthday gift. She was extremely helpful, patient, kind and most of all attentive. Thank you to Brie for turning my shopping experience around, you helped to end my birthday night smoothly!
Each and every time I step foot in this store I’m followed around by a store employee.....This makes shopping an uncomfortable degrading experience!!If an employee asks a customer if they need help and the customer replies “No thank you but I will let you know if I do” that means NO AND DO NOT FOLLOW ME AROUND!!!! and for the love of god DO NOT jump on a customer right when they walk in!!!The best shopping experience that I have endured is at ULTA!!! There great, They leave you alone and certainly do not follow the customers around!!!

This Sephora may be small, but there are a ton of staff waiting to assist. Made it a lot easier to find the things I want.

I want to comment on the wonderful customer service that Susan ( manager) gave to me, my daughter, and her friends. She went beyond the scope of her duties to accomodate us. I surely will be reccomending people to look for her when they want top of the line care. Thank you Susan!
This is the worst Sephora I had ever been!!!The store look mess and the staffs are so treble!I came in with couple online return, and the girl who helped me was very mean! I has a bottle which is 30ml and just been used less than a week! She peek in the small hole is the bottle and told me this can’t be return cause I use she think is about half, I am a VIB Rouge and spend over $2000 ever year! I don’t really need this $50 dollars make myself embarrassed! But the worst part is she call the store manager and whisper in front of me which is not respecting the customer! And I said never mind I will take it away then guess what I send it back online and get the refund which is actually more standard process about return policy!Never! Ever! Came to this store again! Nothing worse then this store!
Super service, and safety precautions
Susan was/is(?) the manager of this location circa Holidays 2016. Older woman, short, short blonde hair. I will not be returning to this store - at least until they settle or win the case my lawyer has brought against them. Not joking.
I will NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION. IT WAS SO DIRTY. DO NOT GO HERE. Everything have is so unsanitary. they wouldnt let me take photos as well. Fun issue I ran into today. They tried selling an open lipstick. The box was torn open. When I pointed it out to the employee, they said that it, the lipstick, wasnt used and put it back on the shelf. I pointed it out to another employee and her solution was to tape up the box. I was polite and left. It was a Charolette Tilbury lipstick. If I am paying 34 dollars I would like the lipstick and the packaging to be untouched. The fact that both employees put it back on the shelf is the last straw for me. I will not be shopping at the store front anymore. I would not recommend anyone else to go there.

Just witnessed 2 teens put makeup in there bag and walk out the front . Stealing. Told employee. They stated they cant confront anyone in store.
So I have been coming to this Sephora for YEARS and Im sad to say I will most likely never shop here again. The other day I came in, finger swatched a blush from the display and at my mere finger touch, the blush instantly shattered into pieces to the floor. A display should never do that, and in my opinion if a display shatters from a finger touch it was certainly expired. I don’t see my opinion as a stretch either if you read these other reviews. After this happened I was obviously followed throughout the store. I usually get followed throughout the store although Ive never stolen anything. Highly judgmental new staff. Learn to treat your customers with more respect.
This is the first time I’ve been inside this Sephora and it is the last time as well. I felt un welcomed. There was like 5 employees around the entrance and not one said hi or welcome. They were just chatting. I didn’t have makeup on because I just got better from having a bad cold and ended up getting a cold sore as well. No one asked me if I needed help, and that store was full of employees. I ended up grabbing what I needed and left, as I checked out and they asked if I was an insider I gave the cashier my VIB Rouge card and all of a sudden she changed her attitude and asked if there was anything else I needed, and I found everything I was looking for. I told her not in this store, and left. Poor customer service. They don’t acknowledge you if your not wearing makeup. That’s a shame.
Extremely uncomfortable experience, my friends and I were followed around for our entire 20-30 minute trip and were doing absolutely nothing wrong we were even asking for help and one of the employees Tom was following us everywhere we went. Pretending to be busy whenever we made eye contact because we noticed he was creepily close to us. I made extremely obvious statements loud enough for everyone to hear “it’s very unprofessional to be following people that are doing nothing but shopping” so thanks Tom for making all three of us extremely uncomfortable
When me and my friend were at Sephora today we just wanted to look around and see if we wanted anything, and the same worker kept following us around like she thought we were going to steal something, and then she stopped. Then some other old lady came over to us and kept asking us questions non stop and kept being super pushy trying to make my friend buy facial toner from boscia and she didn’t want it but the lady insisted but we said no. And then she said “ok so, are you gonna buy that stuff” and she was like all up in our personal space and when we said we were all set (with her help) we still wanted to look around but she was like, “let me bring you to the register” like thanks, but I can walk there myself. She wouldn’t leave us alone and it’s so annoying. I was going to buy something but that lady came back again while my friend was paying and kept asking if I was going to buy it and so I just put it down and left because they were so rude and pushy. I don’t feel comfortable going back to that Sephora.
Just walked in the store lots of staff standing around. Wow do we have cooties. My sister asks nicely if they carry a certain color liner. Her short response before she walked off was no we dont carry brown anymore out in the hall she called Sephora at Pheasant Lane Mall who said off course we have it and I will gladly hild one aside for you.... maybe Burlington Mall is just for snobs no love. Shout out to Pheasant Lane store!

Susan, short blonde hair, was so rude. i have been going to this store for years now and never had an issue but Susan came up to me the other day and ripped all of my personal belongings out of my hand but it in the basket and started yelling at me. I was so annoyed and suprised. I will not be going back here until Susan is gone. Awful person

I took my cousin and sisters to this Sephora, and they were looking at foundations they were interested in and went to ask for a sample so that they can try it out and see if they like it. My little sister asked this very nice girl that gave her more fha enough to try and I was super happy. But my cousin on he other hand went to go ask someone else for a sample. The girl kept trying to sell the product to my cousin but my cousin kindly declined it and said she just needed a sample to try it out. The Sephora girl kept trying to force her to buy it and she my cousin said no again she got upset and went to go give her a sample, but she only put two small pumps in there and came back and sarcastically said “enjoy your SAMPLE”. My cousin then asked for the manager, Susan, and right off the bat she was giving my cousin attitude and giving her a dirty look. I hate to bring the racist card into this but I strongly believe she was racist. She kept giving my cousin a hard time, informing her that she got enough to sample and that they’re not allowed to really give samples like that. Which is complete BS bc every where else I go there is never a problem with giving out a sample. I the customer Wants to test it out before buying, then they can. Me and my cousin both work in cosmetics and fragrances and we know how it works. The manager later went and yelled at the nice girl that helped out my little sister. The manager was no help at all, and shouldn’t be working there if she is going to be of no help and be rude to her employees that were only trying to help.Update : I got in contact wit the store, and spoke to a different manager and she was very helpful and later old me that’s the director of the store will give me a call. And she did but when I told her my experience she didn’t say much but that she needs to train better.I was not a hapot customer and neither were my family members, so I will not be returning toThis location
