Our granddaughter got her ears pierced at the Burlington location and it was done by two GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!! guys. They did both her ears at the same time and was smooth at getting it done.

I have been going here for many years. Have bought many things from this place. I had a ring sent off to be fixed. It came back. But the store was closed due to some air conditioner issues is what we were told. Well? My stepdad goes to get my ring today and they tell him they dont have it after they had already called and said they had it ready. They never called us and told us it was at a different store in mebane. I am very displeased with this store at the moment.

If you can’t find an item ask for Wayne, he is an awesome jewelry consultant at the Burlington location in NC. If you talk to him he will genuinely try to help you find what it is that you’re looking for. He goes the extra mile and most people don’t. I had previously went to the location on Friendly Avenue in Greensboro, NC and the lady completely dismissed me saying that without information she couldn’t help me. I asked her if there was a way that she could look up the item/part number and possibly give me a location of where I might be able to make a purchase. She still gave me the same answer, “I cannot help you.” Then I come to this location and Wayne automatically goes the extra mile to help. Overall I appreciate Wayne’s customer service at the Burlington, NC location.

I am HIGHLY unhappy with the service I have recently received from Kays. I am getting married in August and so I went online to look for a wedding band, I found one that I LOVED so I tried to buy it and for some reason it would not take. I called customer service and they said it would not go through for inventory reasons and it was out of stock even though the website said it was available. Whatever thats cool, I moved on. I went to the Kays store in Burlington and they were so wonderful and were able to help me! I showed them a different ring online that I liked and so they ordered it online for me! Awesome! Well, I was double charged and so I called customer service again and was told that one was a card hold and it would not go through. But today, I got an email that my purchase was cancelled, so I called to confirm that it was the card hold and not my official purchase to only be told that the ring I bought and was DOUBLE charged for is not in inventory. Ive spoken to two different women and they both told me sorry we cant help you and told me I needed to call the bank because a double charge is out of their hands. I told her that the Burlington location had the ring that I ordered online but the item number did not match so they could not price match it in the store, I asked since I bought a ring that they sold out from me if they could price match that one and was told no. I was told however that I could get $25 off my next purchase for the inconvenience. I am so very upset with the poor customer service Ive received and that I was sold a ring that is unavailable. I will be exploring other jewelers, Kays disappointed me.

My husband ordered a ring and necklace for me at the beginning of December. It was guaranteed to arrive before Christmas. It just arrived, today, January 4th. I went to the store, excited to pick up my items. I had to show my drivers license and was then informed that only the person who made the order could pick-up the items. I asked why that was and was informed that they have to have his license. I produced his old license (that is still valid) and it was still not good enough. This is super frustrating and we will not be using Kay again! Merry Christmas to me! 🤬

My fiance and I were sold an infinity cross charm with diamonds that didnt exist the day after Thanksgiving and were promised to receive it before Christmas. After that we received no communication from anyone in the store. We were ignored by staff when we went into the store to inquire. We finally got someone on the phone and found out that it had not been ordered in the first place and was not available anymore. And our experience getting our money back was no better. I will never return to any Kay locations

I will never again buy anything from this store.I brought my Daughter a 1500 hundred dollar chain for Christmas and a name plate that was suppose to been in, its the middle of January and I still havent got it plus was hung up on, they are very Disrespectful.

Dont buy anything with cash because they will give you the run around with stupid reasons for not being able to give you cash back Please make sure before you make your purchase move away from counter lighting and look at it by Window it looks total difference in true light.l would highly recommended shopping elsewhere for up front honesty and fair prices .Go to Jareed OR Zales.l promise to let everyone l know to not shop there
