I’ve shopped at other Big Lots stores. This store here in Burlington, NC is priced no better than any Wally World in this area.

Store seem clean..only one person at register on a Saturday.Wait in line 15minutes,which causes me to not go in this store when l can get out of Dollar General just as quick.

With easy access from where I live I can go down there and shop for from furniture to groceries and other items it makes a good choice for the first choice

Store was kind of messy and wiped out on products. Missing prices on shelves. Friendly employees though.

Over 50 per cent of items were not priced & all hand sanitizers were empty. Cashiers attitude was smug. Wont go back.

I like there store but the one in Burlington doesnt have a large selection of items.

Its ok but not much of selection compared to the locations in Durham and Raleigh.... Employees are very helpful...

Nothing in stock. Couldnt buy the displays. Months before getting anymore.looking for table and chairs. No help...one person trying to help everyone. Prices were up so much higher than the week before.

Always have good things could use more cashiers during the holidays.

I drove almost 2 hours with my family to buy a furniture set that was tagged at $499 a piece totaling $1000 for the set. I talked to the manager several times to make sure that the tags were correct because online showed $899 a piece and the manager said no thats for the set. We finally arrived to them refusing to sell me the set for the tagged price and driving back home another 2 hours without our new furniture. I will never shop there again and will let everyone know how they do business.

Always a bargain here. I dont think I have ever left empty handed. Go for one thing and always to good of the food items to pass by. Canfood prices you cant beat, so I always get a deal

This is a very nice store! The staff is always nice and ready to help you when you need it. The store is mostly well kept and the prices are absolutely great! They have a great selection of products. I would Definitely recommend this store to everyone!

This is our Big Lots and the staff are always helpful. We also always find deals we werent looking for. They are transitioning holidays so good deals on Christmas stuff. Saw Valentines Day and Easter starting to be put out. Last year I got several beautiful plant pots and they are staring to stock garden items now too. Whiskey barrel pots are out so if yall are looking for some, get before theyre gone.

I guess Big Lots is going through some changes. So far... I no likely. They are so far from why I enjoyed the store in first place...oh well we like the other store that is like Big Lots used to be back in its hay day.

Incredible amount of home goods, DVDs, makeup, pictures, sofas, beds, pet supplies, groceries, car needs, cards, school & work supplies, holiday goods, etc, etc, etc! So many items you will have your cart loaded before you know it. Its amazing what you can find at excellent prices. The store is kept clean and well stocked. The staff is amazingly nice and helpful. Its a bargain store with great products. Love their bath towels! Dont know how other Big lots look but the one in Burlington is better than WalleyWorld!

My shopping experience with this Big Lots has always been good. Always a good selection of merchandise & groceries. I love their wall hangings & decorative things ! Prices are amazingly less expensive than other variety stores. Checking out sometimes takes a while . I think mostly because of the high load of shoppers.

I came to this Big lots to purchase a piece of furniture. They had a piece that I liked but was told that they could not sell it to me because it was a floor sample, and that there was nothing in stock. Was told it could take up to three weeks to get it. Some business think its ok for me to drive back and forth trying to make a purchase. They dont seem to understand that it takes fuel to drive my vehicle and every trip I make cost money. They could have sold the piece to me and then replaced it with their next shipment. Now they lost a sale and a customer. This particular store should be renamed, Little Big Lots.

I went here to find a coffee table and ends tables for my office! I found a nice set that was easy to assemble. Good quality and a good price!

Easy parking. Their selection of items is good. The isles are small. Its difficult to shop with more than 2 customers with carts in one isle.

I was waiting in line for 3 minutes. Employee with brown hair clocked in at 1:30p (Her name isn’t Toni but she was working next to Toni). She didn’t acknowledge me as I was clearly waiting on her. I was next. To make matters worst, she smiled and made eye contact with customer that came up behind me. When she was logged in, she skipped me. She started ringing up the lady that she clearly knew was behind me. There is no excuse for this employee that clearly has the life experience to realize this was unacceptable customer experience. Give someone this job that will take care of all customers with kindness.

Store was in a great location but it seemed under staffed. I was able to find the items that I went in for and they were reasonably priced.

Enjoyed the shopping and employees.

Been here for quite a while. Still get by there occasionally.

A small step above a dollar store, but my wife and mother in law love it.The toilet facilities are awful.The health department should check out this situation.

Very bad customer service. There was only one associate ringing up customers while 2 other associates were talking. I saw another customer ask them a question and they completely ignored her. Very rude!!
