This store has the best customer service hands down. My grandmothers refrigerator bit the dust and she needed a new one asap. These folks went out of their way to make sure my grandmother was taken care of quickly. Keep up the amazing work!

Jacob helped us find the right refrigerator to meet our needs. Went to Lowes to see what they had to compare - but no one was available to help us. Thats the new normal for big box stores more worried about making payroll than selling something. Sears in Burlington - is just an independent owner who only gets paid by Sears on the product that they sell. Maybe that should be the new normal.

Got a good deal on a few things but they refused to accept an offer I had from the internet. Found out after I left that they should have accepted it.
