I not receive my invitations graduations in a month these people do not know where they sent them Im on a scavenger hunt to try to find my grandsons invitations these people are no help and please dont talk to no one named Chris
Ridiculous.I have no idea why the school uses these people.Maybe someone that works for GCS owns this business.Pitiful.

As a 2020 graduate amidst this pandemic I was already in a depressed state as I drove to my school to pick up my cap and gown, HERF JONES is rude af, no good customer service. HE handed me my cap and gown without a simple congratulations but yet when he goes to the schools and does his presentation he comes off as nice. If I could I wouldnโt have ordered my supplies here no ounce of respect.

Really recommend getting your graduation supplies somewhere else. They have horrible customer service and will never reach back out unless you call and call.

I would rate zero, but its not an option. I placed my sons graduation order March 25, 2018, and he still hasnt received his items. In fact, he wont! I was told that the items are out of stock. For the past two months, I sent emails and called numerous times about the order. I was never informed that the items were out of stock. Chris kept insisting that the items were at Western Guilford High, which was a lie! The school never received my childs items!
These people have the worst customer service! I made an order 20 days ago and no updates or information received. No response to voicemails or emails. Call customer service and then they tell you, well for any information you have to contact the local office. Whats the purpose in having a customer service number???!!!!!!! I mean if you are going to charge $20 extra just to process an order for a cap & gown, the least you could do is respond to a message or send an update!
You better keep your receipt !!!!!!! I paid 499.00 for a package and I had resend my daughter ring back for resize and the American African lady said she had no record at all!!! I just found my receipt!!!! I better get some answers!!!!!!!!!!Period!!!!!!!
