Neighbors across the street were getting a fence installed. Looked nice! I just needed a new gate and small section of fencing, so walked over and talked to one of the installers, he gave me a business card for Coombs. I called on Friday, on Saturday Frank stopped by and on Monday 5/17 he sent me a quote, which I signed and sent back immediately. I thought wow what great response! 3 weeks later had not heard anything, so reached out to Frank who told me he just needed to stop by and get the deposit and would check on the materials. Since then I have sent text messages, sent e-mails, left voice mails with Frank and Coombs and no one will answer or call me back. 3 months have passed since I received the quote, and nothing. What great customer service! Not!

We had a great experience using Coombs Fencing. We did have a bit of a wait due to COVID (not their fault) but they kept us up to date on when it would be ready and installed. When the men came to install it, they worked hard to get it up and it looks amazing! Rob, Chris and Frank were great in returning our phone calls.We have a corner property and people are always commenting how much this improved our house. I highly recommend them!

We had a split rail fence installed. The installation team was great-professional, fast and very hardworking group of guys. Set up our estimate and measurements with Frank. He always answered our calls and was in touch often about the process and progress. It did take a few weeks before they were able to get the materials and come out. With the lumber costs and shortages due to covid, the price was a bit more than we were anticipating so I wouldnt call it a great value. However, the workmanship and timeliness of the installation left a positive lasting impression.

I am thrilled with the service and quality Chris and his team provided. They were easy to communicate with throughout the whole process: coming to my home, discussing my project for a dog enclosure, measuring and designing, providing a quick and fair estimate, helping with the building permit, and scheduling the installation. The guys who built the fence were great as well, I couldnt be happier and my dog loves his new backyard freedom.

Ive noticed that someone from this company replies to one star messages so this may be my only way of getting ahold of someone at coombs. Its been two months since I put a deposit down, 5 weeks since the estimated installment dat of my fence and I cant get ahold of anyone nor have I been contacted on where my fence is. At this point Im afraid my moneys been stolen. I have the receipt from my down payment as well if you want proof

Kind of bizarre- I used the online contact form as I was interested in an at home estimate for vinyl fencing, I was contacted by the company via email and given a time of 10am the next day that they would show up to assess and in which I agreed to. I was even asked if I had an existing fence. 10am came and I waited a half hr and sent my address again thinking maybe they were lost- no one contacted me saying they were running late or lost, etc. At every hr I called to try to speak to someone and one of the calls I left a message, asking should my appt be rescheduled and kind of like hey did you guys forget about me? After hours went by- I left another email asking was there a reason no one showed up or contacted me- the reply I received was one that said they would not be able to service me and because of the pandemic they are understaffed and to contact them in November- ok.. I get that, have no issue with that but that adds the question of why would they even set up an appt with a time at their suggestion and if this was all the case, why not contact me and say so? So you just drop all your future clients like an “oh well”? I just can’t believe they no showed just to respond so automated after I sat hours waiting ...

I was very impressed with Rob from the first conversation. He was upfront and honest about the fence shortage and backlog for a fence to be installed. That being said, we still wanted to move ahead with the project.Rob came to the house, took measurements and for the few months up to install, he would message me and give updates on the status of material.Once the job started, I was even more thrilled with the company. Luis and his partner were GREAT!! Super respectful of the property, very nice and even put up with my dogs barking and loving all over them.I love the fence, the privacy and the freedom it has offered my kids and dogs.A+++ service. If I ever need any fencing ever again, this is the company I would choose!

After waiting months for my pvc they tried offering me wood. And wouldnt refund my money. Rob gave me the run around.

I signed with coombs and they told me within the month. Now they wont return my calls. I recieved a text from rob that said it would be up to 3 + months. Still waiting

Rob is a liar. Frank will say yes to everything you say. And Chris coombs is not to be disturbed. So dont call him.

Gave Coombs a big job providing and installing a lot of wood fence for the back yard. The consultation, estimate, and scheduling all went smoothly. And the installation crew busted their tails during some of the hottest, muggiest days in the summer of 2018. But best of all, they didnt skimp on quality; they nicely angled fence runs to follow the existing grade, and ensured that the gates looked and operated as specd. Highly recommend these folks!

Chris and the guys at Coombs Fencing did a great job on my Vinyl white 6 tall fence in the back yard in Hamilton. Now my kids can play with security. High quality material done in a fast professional manner made the project look easy but it not to get things strait and plumb. The most important aspect of business to me is communication and customer service which Chris gets an A++. email, phone, and txt are all fast and detailed information to coordinate getting the job done. Strait shooter who gave me a great quote and gets the job done fast and professional. couldnt have asked for a better company to put my fence up. Thanks guys

Extremely knowledgeable and you can tell they really care about the service they provide - its not just about the bottom line for them. Not to mention that their prices were the best.

Reasonable price and very fast service everyone was very nice will use them again.

Called a couple of weeks ago for an estimate.Made an appointment for April 29th at 4:00.They never showed or called.I wont be using them.
