Love my Isabelle from Animal Crossing! The staff were friendly and made the entire Build-A-Bear experience very pleasant.

I hadnt been to a Build-a-Bear Workshop before and I went in because I wanted to make a special bear with a voice recording in it for a loved one who I wont be able to see over the holidays. From the moment I stepped in I was assisted by helpful, polite associates who explained the process and helped me choose between the many options. They were very knowledgeable about all of their products and offered options without being pushy. My experience was extremely positive and I would recommend this store to anyone looking to create a special stuffed animal.

Went to a 3yo bday party here, some good things some bad things. Wont be back but kids had fun, although it took a long time to pump the bears full of fluff, kids got restless as there is nothing to do but wait.

We had a delightful time building a special lovie. Be prepared to spend. The cheapest part is the bear itself. We ended up with. A special scent, a crossbow and a special voice recording. When the voice recording broke days later, they replaced it right there. It is a super special memory that keeps on giving.

They had no air conditioning hot for customers and the staff they should have closed till fix

Why do a lot of yall hate this?!! Its a very amazing place! I honestly had no issues whatsoever when I go here. Staff was friendly, everything worked smoothly. Although the exterior needs to be updated to the newer design, this is the place to be! The sign outside the store and maybe the interior could use some remodel.

Staff is really helpful. We needed help with an older stuffed animal and staff was sweet and considerate.

The manager here is one of the kindest, sweetest, biggest kids at heart. I go to visit there to get ideas and to visit him there. Very, very helpful, very informative and hoping to be working here soon!!

Burlington, MA Build a Bear workshop is the BEST! By far the friendliest staff. The manager had termendous patience with us when we had a gift card snafoo. All the staff was helpful, but not annoying. They made sure my child had the best experience and made the event stressless for me as a parent. Staff genuinely seemed to like their job and the families visiting the store. Such a wonderful experience. I recommend it to everyone young and old!

A stuffed animal store where you make the stuffed animal and then over pay for the privilege. Kids love it.
