10/14/2021 Stacey was super helpful and completely made my day. I came in after my daughter had bent my customized ray-bans l purchased not even 5 months ago and she made them back like new. She was so patient, kind and thoughtful. I felt like I left with a brand new pair of glasses because of her. Have purchased Many sunglasses at Burlington store over many years. Lost mine from just a few years ago and called to verify the model I wanted to replace. Easy, right? They have no information after the 1 year warranty, so clearly no interest in customer retention or help. When I asked the agent to convey my complaint to the owners/franchise she became all mouthy. Digital storage is cheap-how hard can it be to track? You know they keep your name and address though, and probably share that and anything else but cant tell you the model of your last sunglasses they sold 2 years ago. They just lost my future purchases.
