Went to buy a gift from Burlington store and the store clerk, Justin, was very unprofessional with a bad attitude towards is customers. Needs to improve customer service skills, was not helpful in answering our questions and at first refused to assist with online order. This bad experience changed my mind to not come back to this location anymore.

Saw 2 items online they said it was available and places the order. Next thing you know they emailed saying its out of stock. Went back to check it again at the same LOCATION, still says available but canceled my ordered. THANK YOU SO MUCH! God Bless!

Great engraving service and the prices are quite reasonable. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Today I met a gentleman named Jeffrey at the Burlington Mall location. He was very friendly and helpful. He helped me figure out what I needed to get a satisfied result. His inputs were valuable. I purchased an item that was going to take about 1hr to get done. I left the store and came back shortly after and informed him that my husband was very tired and needed to get home and get some sleep. He understood the situation and completed the engraved item within 15 minutes of ordering. I was so impressed and happy. My 10 year-old daughter stated, wow mom! Thats what I call fast service. A good place to buy gift articles for colleagues, friends and relatives. The shop has variety of gifts for various occasions at a reasonable price. This particular shop in Burlington mall will be a quick place to shop for last minute gifts. I felt personalized engraving cost are a bit expensive than the actual gift itself.

They are very good at what they do. Customer service is top notch. An online order had an error and they fixed the problem with no issues. The sales guy even remembered that my wife bought 2 other items when she bought in the problem item.

They had my order as i wanted it within 5 minutes of my arrival. Very courteous. The online ordering was very easy and made my experience well worth it.

Good if you are shopping far enough in advance that you can return to pick up your engraved item.

Amazing amazing amazing!Im an idiot and left my anniversary shopping to LITERALLY the last second. Ive been to things remembered before and always had a good experiance but this time really did it for me!I went in, panicking, trying to pick something for my boyfriend and I ran across two puzzle piece key chains that read you are the cheese and on the other one it said to my macaroni. It was so damn cute that I really had to have it AND it was already engraved so it was perfect! The manager, Ryan, informed me it was the display but I had to have it so he let me purchase it anyway. I took my gift home and was showing my family when my worst nightmare came true. The back was already engraved too apparently.. it said Krista and Jake or something like that. Well.. those arent either of our names! LolI ran back to the mall (30 minutes from my house) and Ryan apologized and we did the refund (thank god!). While we were doing the refund, I saw other things I really enjoyed and we talked about the picture frame I really wanted. I told him Id really love to have it but i didnt have time to wait for it to be engraved. He told me he would do the best he could for me and that he would get it done super super quick so i could make my dinner! No way! Im mind blown at the incredible service!!! Ryan really saved my butt tonight!Ive always loved things from this store but now that the customer service has blown me away, I might be going here forever now! Thanks again Ryan!

Beautiful pieces and good service, but on top of the pricey pieces, the engraving prices are pretty outrageous.

Busy, hard to find help and then they changed from upper to lower case without asking, in addition to putting the inscription off center and had to wait for them to re do it but I had to get a different item because they ran out of the one I picked
