I am very disappointed with my experience here.This is a 1 man show and the guy is very nice but he seems distracted with some other business ventures. He never called me, communication was quiet unless I was calling.He ultimately had to return my cart to me in worse condition than I brought it in, after having it for 7 weeks. To his credit he didnt try to charge me.I took it to another place and they fixed it in 2 hours. Additionally they pointed out multiple things that the other guy never mentioned.

We had problems with our cart and Jeremy came to our home, diagnoses it, and returned with the parts and installed them. He was professional and courteous and prices were fair. He also helped with an unrelated issue on our property. Will definitely use this business exclusively from now on. We highly recommend them!

Kustom Golf Karts did an excellent job getting my 36 volt cart back in shape. Jeremy (owner) diagnosed the problems, called me to explain, fixed the cart, and had it ready for pickup the next day. Pricing was very reasonable and service was extremely quick. Will be using Kustom Karts again for my service needs.
