Absolutely terrible. He purchased a running driving cart off my that I had for 3 years. Then takes it drives it around his property through a field then calls me and says its nothing but a problem. I went back pick up my cart and the guy had the audacity to call my machine junk after he beat the ever loving life out of it. Well out of my good graces I gave him his money back and I got to keep 200$. Please do not buy/sell/trade or deal with him.

This is what a great business man does. Calls towns shitholes and low income. Then brags about all the money he makes off it. Not to mention talking about someone elses wife.

Avoid this place. Dale is all talk. I brought my cart back with tires going flat from improper allignment. He claims its because of poor maintenance. He put new tires on that took 3 months to do then a month later my tires are starting to show the same wear and tear. He said I need a street tire so I brought my cart to rapp golf carts in fox lake and they said the alignment was awful and is the reason I was about to go through set 2 of tires. Amazing drives so much smoother and is not wearing the tires down like crazy. Also my battery light comes on after 10 Minutes of using it so now I have to buy new batteries so I clearly did not get as much use out of the batteries and im sure he will claim that to be inproper Maintenance as well. Never again will I refer this company or have anything to do with it

Very disappointed in our golf cart purchase. After owning for less than a year, we were having power issues. Dale said it was due to the horn that we added, so we paid him to fix the wiring, and had to pay for 5 new batteries. After we got it back, the horn stopped working. This cart has not had a lot of use since we purchased last spring, but there are many issues with it, including shocks needing to be replaced. When we took it in for the power issues, we asked to have a lift kit installed and a long top. After Dale having it for over two weeks, we finally got it back with no lift kit and empty promises on when the new top would be available. Dale talks a good game, but it is all talk. He refused to stand behind the issues with our cart.
