So I have been coming to NSF for about 5 years. Service is always great, selection of firearms has grown. James, Mike, Ray, Shelby are the awesome and have great knowledge of firearms. I will continue to give them my business because they know how to treat customers.
Recently purchased three 200 packs of “once fired” 9mm brass.Of the 600 brass purchased (haven’t gotten a solid, final count yet) 81 of the brass cases are unusable: wrong cartridge, split case walls, deformed beyond resizability. That’s a 13.5% failure rate on marked up, non-new brass. Pretty terrible QC and business standards you guys have if you ask me.My guess is they are floor sweepings and brought over from RBS (Really Bad Stuff) next door, whose ammo I’ve also had alarmingly bad experiences with in the past.Won’t be coming back, that’s for sure. Unless you end up with primers on the shelves.
Had a great experience here! The staff was awesome and very helpful. Great selection of anything you would ever need, from reloading supplies to slings and mags, ammo and sights. This is the only shop I will go to after having unpleasant experiences at some of the other local shops.
Great staff who are friendly and helpful. Good selection!!
A small shop with a nice assortment of pistols and revolvers. The only people wearing masks are the customers. Unprofessional service with heaps of attitude. I stopped shopping there.
Nice folks. Good local shop. Good knowledge. Also carry dillon reloading products.
Dont bother ordering online theyre store inventory is completely inaccurate.
Make sure yall hang up the phone next time. Mocking customers after you think you hung up the phone isnt just unprofessional, its stupid. Come on guys.
Nice looking store and friendly staff.
