I brought shirts for work to be embroidered. After my third attempt I finally got an employee who could help me only because the regional was visiting that day. I just picked up today and my beautiful golf shirt is ruined. They did such a horrible job. Like my colleague said” looks like a hot mess”. They gave me $ back for embroidery but now I’m out a golf shirt and all my time. Will never go back!!

Great experience today. My husband likes a certain type of hat that is difficult to find. Jerry went out of his way to search the back room to find several hats that made him happy. Thank you, Jerry!!

Showed up to the Burlington Mall location TUES THE 25 @1230 and the door was locked..nobody there and no sign on door explaining?? UNPROFESSIONAL !!! 15 min later as I wondered if anybody would show up....Then the employee shows up holding food from the food court and says shes on lunch. I SAIDWHY didnt you put a sign up when your coming back. She says i didnt need to.I said yes you do! ....Im being nice . I saw you standing here so Im opening the door on my lunch break.If I just walked away before she came over then no sales on lunchBecause of her attitude ..walked away anyway!

If I could give them a zero I would they treat people like toddlers in there worst service every.

Great store. But my head is too big for hats so I dont shop there 😆. But definitely quality hats St LIDS!!

We first went to Lids Lockeroom to do a custom hat. They had zero clue of what to do and how to help. The only thing they did correctly is recommend me to see Jake at the regular Lids store. Jake knows down to the little details how to make a beautiful custom hat. Just in time for my leagues fantasy draft. Great customer service. Great guy. Knows his sports. Knows what hes doing. If you are looking for a hat. See Jake.

Had the best experience at Lids found2 not1 but 2Bruins hats for 10.00 US couldnt believe it. Wooooooo found my lucky lids.

Very rude employees. Have my girlfriend a hard time a return with a receipt . Accused her of wearing the item, needless to say we left and will never return. Place has horrible customer service.

Screwed up a $240 refund and took 5 months to get my money back. Spent hours on the phone with them. Every time it was like talking to a new person. Very frustrating. Never shopping here again. Buyer beware!

Love lids locker room, always stop in here everytime i am at the mall. Always have a food selection of stuff and the employees are friendly and welcoming and always offering to help. I always check out the sales racks because theres usually food deals to be found :-)

I have had to make multiple returns here after online purchases didnt fit and they have always been great. Very knowledgeable and they provide fantastic customer service.

I love sports stuff and this place has everything. They should have more 47 brand stuff though.

Super friendly young salesmen in the smaller Lids in this mall- went out of their way on a return in a small way- to make sure I was good.

Quite possibly the most incompetent staff I have ever encountered in a retail establishment. They actually used a sporting event as an excuse why they couldnt help me pick up the apparel they had been sent and received via an online order nor would they allow me to take the identical item from the on the shelf inventory as a solution. This was after recieving their confirmation email twice and after receiving another follow up email to my complaint telling me to go in 2 days prior. 2 trips to the store and still no resolution.
