After what I thought was going to be a successful experience, I discovered that, unless I contacted the gal handling the order placed, I did not hear from her with updates, etc. In fact, after requesting information via email regarding the progress of the product 11 days after it was ordered--2 days ago, I received an emailed invoice today--no information regarding picking up the product, that it was completed, no, just an invoice. I have dealt with this company in the past with other employees and it was handled much more professionally by those employees. I am very disappointed with the handling of this transaction.
