Mary was really helpful with my situation. She took time to over the situation, listened carefully and spent time with me and performed the necessary changes to my hearing device. Mary is always available for help and is kind and very courteous. Wish we had more Mary in this world we all live.

Before going to Hear USA, I was some place else and I got the crappie service there. My first visit to the Heat USA office in Burlington Mass,the people there are real friendly and there where very knowledgeable in programmingthe units the right way.
