This store is really big and not very busy. But the salesman Gareth was really nice and they had a nice selection. Much better than the Greensboro location. I have some measuring to do but will definitely be back to buy the sectional that I had my eye on.

Thanks to David and Erica! We had been to every furniture store between Alamance and Guilford county before we stopped in here. I honestly didnt know Colfax had moved into to this location. It was so nice inside. Its open, clean and everything was easily accessible. David was great, he wasnt pushy, he gave us space.. But as soon as we needed him, he was right there to help. We bought 2 sofas and some awesome pillows to match. We had been to another Colfax store and was not as pleased with the service, so we were very surprised to have enjoyed this one as much as we did. Colfax can also get the sofas we selected delivered in less than 10 days, worse case scenario. The furniture store that made this sofa, and sales it for $1000 more, couldnt get it to us for 12-16 weeks. Well definitely be back and share with friends and family!! Thanks for everything!

This store is huge and I was really happy that I didnt have to wait for my furniture to be ordered. We found a really nice sofa and loveseat and we picked it up the next day. Our salesman David was very polite and attentive.

We bought our sofa, loveseat, and recliner from the Burlington store in the fall of 2020. We noticed there was a place in the sofa where the stitching had come undone when it was delivered. Colfax sent someone to repair it but it came undone the following day. We spoke with the manager at the time, who said she would take care of it. She was in touch with us multiple times and we sent what she asked. We last heard from her mid January 2021. Knowing that things were delayed with COVID, we figured that was what had happened. When we called the store in early March to follow up on the status of the piece being replaced, we were told the manager that was helping us was no longer there. We asked to speak with the manager that was there now. She wouldnt talk to my husband or I when weve called and she hasnt returned any of our phone calls. One time we were given back over to our salesman and he told us to file it on the extended warranty. This is not something that should have to be filed on that since its not something that happened after delivery to my home but instead had happened prior to being delivered. We are now 9 months in with no resolution; we havent heard from the store in months. I would like my couch fixed--if they dont want to do that, they need to refund us our money spent. The only reason Im giving 2 stars is because we like our furniture.

Of all the furniture stores in the area, this one had the best quality items and was the most affordable as well. The staff offered help but werent pushy like some other local places. I really love how huge the store is and the variety of items they offer. Hands down the best discount furniture store around.

So today was the second time going to the Burlington Store and it was just as amazing as the first time. Warren greeted us both times and he is always such a pleasure! He wasnt pushy and he remembered us as soon as we walked in. This is the reason why we come and get our stuff from Colfax in Burlington. He is such an asset to your company. Also the ladies at the front that check you out for payment are always so fun to talk to and are so sweet.

Horrible customer service! False advertising! They do not stand behind their price tags! Found a nice sofa and loveseat with a tag that clearly said 2 piece set for $1600. I told them I wanted to buy it, and the salesman took the tag off and put cones on the furniture and went to print my purchase ticket. I thought it was a done deal and had my card ready, till the manager came back to inform me that the price had risen $1,100, and somehow they hadnt updated the tag. She refused to honor the price that was clearly marked on the set and didnt even offer any kind of compromise or try to work with us at all. I was so disgusted at their horrible customer service that i didnt do business with them even though I did like the couch. So go in there and find something you like, but dont believe the price on the tag because it will probably double before they let you swipe your card.

Great place for full size bedroom sets decent price

This place treats thier load out employees like absolute trash. Never buying from a place like this. Plus there was a dead mouse in the floor.

This is a new store in Burlington NC. It opened a few months ago. It is large, but was very clean and neatly laid out. Our salesperson was cordial and helpful. There was no sales pressure to buy anything.

He’s completely knowledgeable, familiar with the furniture styles and types, so professional, helpful, kind and friendly. He carefully listened to us and knew exactly what furniture items we were searching for; he provided specifics about the furniture, made suggestions, and guided us through the showroom as we made our selections.We purchased quality furniture that was readily available within our specified timeframes and Warren made our shopping experience wonderful, with no pressure. We’re totally pleased and we’ll be back without a doubt! And, we definitely plan to refer family and friends.

Today I was browsing the furniture to see whats new. I found a couch I like, but I havent found the chairs to go with it yet, so I didnt make a purchase yet. I have been happy with the quality of furniture purchased from Colfax in the past.

I wasnt expecting it to be SO large. There is a lot to choose from but, not much in my price range. For me it was a bit overwhelming.

This is a great furniture store! Lamar was excellent, courteous and knowledgeable. They haven’t been open long and I hate he got a bad review. Among other things I am a designer and am always looking for resources for unique and beautiful furnishings at moderate prices. For that reason Colfax is a good destination for me. It also makes me a very, very picky shopper, so I really appreciate the patience, attention to detail, product knowledge and friendly courteous service provided by Warren Ellerbe. The rooms I have created with purchases that Mr. Ellebe assisted me with are stunning and I saved thousands of dollars. I’d add pictures, but don’t see that option, too bad.

Warren did an excellent job with explanations and presentation, the warranty didnt sound like a sales pitch,, and the prices were very reasonable.. We would be absolutely willing to work with Him on Our .next visit for Our guess bedroom. No sales pressure is always a plus.

Did not visit

Not having a real good experience with Colfax Furniture. Ordered two pieces that were supposed to be delivered on 11/8. One piece was broken so they had to take it back with them to repair. Its now three days later and nobody has called me. I call customer service and am told that the loveseat is on the truck to be delivered today but since no one let me know I am not there to receive. So I clear it with my boss to go meet them and I cant get anyone at Colfax customer service to answer the phone to arrange delivery. Very frustrating experience.
