Five Star Plus rating Pier One I never been to one of their stores until this day they had nice selection of products prices are good customer service was very helpful they looked up on the computer what I was looking for it was an older item that they still can carry it still get it I have no complaints I will be back to Pier 1 Imports again. Thank you. Pier 1 Imports. I will be back. Very pleased.

Was shocked at limitation of merchandise selection after I had visited website. Went in for a true view, and several things I had liked were not there. I suppose it was store size.

They are closing this store. Sad to see them go.

Everything is fine until you try to do a return, then they treat you like you are personally insulting them. Had such a hard time returning some artificial flowers I had purchased. They kept remarking that I had used them & was now returning- which was definitely not the case. I was returning within a few days of purchase and they all still had tags attached. They just did not look right in my home. Rude staff. Will never be back.

When is so bad cuz every single time you try to ask for something you say pure huh I dont like shut the fuk up and then youre like oh my gosh be quiet and they came out with a candle in a story saying Pura Juan.
