Have had excellent experience with them. They pack neatly and separate frozen, perishable and non perishable. I have been ordering online from them for over a year. They are the only Indian grocery store in the area to allow ordering online. Kudos to them for being enterprising.

I ordered online for delivery, it was super smooth. They called me for replacements of the items which they didnt had. All the items came properly, dry items were in different box, cold and perishable items in different box. Had a great experience.

Took my family here over the weekend, and the staff were really kind and helpful. The produce looked fresh and the place was kept really clean. Will definitely be retuning!

We purchased groceries on 6th Jun which had tomatoes ( 5lb) and onions (3 batch )which were of poor quality . The tomatoes got rotten in 4-5 days and onion were also rotten. When we called on 11th Jun to report the same, the employee talked very rudely . He asked me to directly mail my concerns. On writing the mail they responded that they do quality checks On tomatoes and are sure that they were of good quality when went out for delivery and that we must have left the tomatoes out for few days . They said that such checks for onions is not possible so they will replace the onions .I felt bad as a customer . It was not about the replacement but it’s about the way to respond to the concerns : the customer support is really bad.If you want to buy dry groceries then pls go ahead but would recommend all to not buy perishable items which are easily available at other online sites

The store is clean and it has ample parking. It is wheelchair accessible as well. The variety of the produce and groceries in this store are limited compared to the bigger stores in Waltham area.

Great little hidden shop! They carry one of my dads favorite snacks which are these sweet sesame ball things that he loves, htis is the only place i can find it at a reasonable price. Friendly staff and super convenient options. Also, when placing an order for curbside pickup, they were really great about follow up calls to make sure any item that i may have messed up describing, they got it right. would definitely recommend.

Wegmans has so much great stuff. Huge grocery store! & they have delicious already prepared foods with easy instuctions for warming. This place is so awesome.

Hi I wanna share my experience with my purchase recently at this store. In general, goods quality is good, I am not talking about that here. My take away is goods organizing in the package, It is so hassle free to find the item in right box which I need it immediately, they sorted pretty well yet simple. You probably understand why sorting/organizing items in right manner is so important now a days, it is due to COVID pandemic, we sanitize / clean items as precautionary measures the moment we take them home.Other take away is honesty, thanks to the lady who called me and said that some vegetables which I ordered are not fresh right now, so she proposed some other fresh veggies. She could have easily packed the unfresh veggies, wipe off her hands. Even if she does, I wouldn’t have noticed it. Thanks for the honesty..I just wanted to give genuine review, in fact I dint even tell the store directly. I am extremely satisfied with this store. If any body have double mind whether to go for it or not, definitely it’s worth your money and time.Thanks

They are doing a really good job with their online portal and curbside order delivery. It is convenient, safe, produce is fresh and everything is boxed well.Id recommend avoiding in-store shopping since we noticed some staff (or owner?) on the cashier counter not covering their noses when wearing their mask.

New Indian grocery store in Burlington. Neatly maintained and spacious. Veggies are placed inside walk-in freezer room to maintain freshness, so be prepared to walk in and out multiple times to pick vegetable because you cant stand inside for more than 30 seconds inside the room with 6 freezer fans blowing against your face (should be fine during winter with jackets on). I felt the service was a little bit slower than other stores. But overall felt the store was good.

I’ve never been to any Indian grocery store but I really wanted to try to make Indian food and this store had the coolest option, and the staff was really nice and followed COVID guidelines. I’d definitely recommend people to come here the staff was so friendly in helping me find ingredients!

They have great atmosphere and plenty of choices. It is large, spacious and the orientation is excellent. It is always clean and orderly. Customer services are incredibly. Highly recommend.

A very spacious super market. Very organized as well and you can find everything that you came in for. They have a rewards program you can sign up for so the more you shop there you can earn points for future purchases. That’s something different than any other Indian super market I have been to so far. Staff are friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place.

Good spot for Indian Staples like flours, legumes and spices. I didnt see many bakery goods or fresh produce when I last visited, perhaps theyve curtailed those during the pandemic. They had a good amount of produce before and they still have a sizeable refrigerated and frozen section.

Hello Brother is my new favorite grocery store! Amongst many things, their rewards program is my favorite: for every $250 spent you get a $10 gift card to use at the store! They have an amazing selection of south Asian products, their customer service is outstanding, and the store is extremely clean. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. Once you visit this store, you won’t go anywhere else for your Indian groceries!

Super helpful curb side pickups during the pandemic. Vegetables are always fresh and the service is so damn good. There is considerable thought in the way they pack your stuff, so you have all vegetables in one box, frozen stuff in the other etc. Great store!

Horrible customer service. I placed a pick up order on 11/12/2020 at 3pm. I called later in the day and was told my order would be ready the next day on 11/13/2020. It was 3pm today and still no call so I called them. The man I spoke with was incredibly rude and provided horrible customer service. He could not give me a time as to when my order would be ready. Then he proceeded to tell he he has “200” to hundreds of orders. I explained that I was told that my order will be ready today then he said someone would call me in 1hr. So i asked if they would be calling to tell me the order is ready otherwise why are they calling? And he proceeded to take me in circles. As a company if a customer calls to ask when their order will be ready, you should have a straightforward answer. Or you should place expectations when the order is placed. I cancelled my order. Too many Indian stores in the area to be putting up with this nonsense.

This place is your one stop shop with so many items to chose from and so well organized! It’s at a perfect location and the staff is always so friendly and helpful when needing help to find an item. I would recommend locals do go all their grocery shopping from here!

This has been my go-to store whenever I want to cook Indian cuisine because of the customer service and the selection offered. Really happy they re-opened with curb side delivery and havent had any issues with them in my last 2 orders. Thank you!!

Very poor customer service !! Bought a pressure cooker from their place which on opening the box at home was faulty from inside. We went back the very next day with the bill but they refused to return it . No other indian store does that !!Also the way they were talking to customers if u are searching for something they would not pay attention to ur needs and would just say that they dont know!!Pathetic customer service !!!!

I would give it zero stars. I shopped there 3x now and each time half of my grocery items have been expired. People will end up getting sick with the way things are now. PLEASE double check the expiration dates or better yet shop somewhere else. I rather spend an extra $2-3 than buy expired goods and possibly get sick.

I was looking for an Indian grocery store with curbside pickup. I live in Waltham. This store is convenient for parking, that is the reason i picked this store over other stores in Waltham. Many South Indian items are not available in this store like 777Appalam. 777 Madras sambar powder but still this store is fairly well stocked. i hope the store will order more south Indian groceries. Most employees are courteous with some exceptions.Padmanabhan.Waltham.

We did a curbside pickup and it was a great experience. We did feel the prices were slightly higher compared to other Indian stores in the area but it may also be an effect of the corona virus pandemic.

Small and clumsy store not much in terms of fruits and veggies, not s lot of variety in indian food brands either.

I ordered home delivery due to the current social distancing norms. Very impressed by their order processing and especially the way they packaged the products for delivery. All the dry products were in a separate box, frozens separate and so were the fresh vegetables. Made the unpacking process a breeze. Would like to see some more brands for frozen ready to eat as I like Raj Bhog and also Bedekar and Chitale products,Ashirwad atta etc.. Im hoping the selection improves over time. Eager to visit the store in the future.

Whatever they have is ok ok.. very incomplete Indian groceries..My 3 stars are because we have to give in our number and full name to checkout your cart.. they say you should give details.I have doubt that they might be selling the information.I dono if this is a new place.. but asking for details without explanation is fishy for sure...Update after reading the response from owner:No sir, i did not find so much variety as you said..A man infront of us in the line did not want to give the number and the cashier said its compulsory, where is the option in that?And the owner response is DONT ASSUME?? WowYou should write the reason in big and bold letter infront of the store or atleast where the counter line begins if you are taking personal details if you dont want people to assume..Very rude business. Not going there again!
