The customer service was fantastic. I was greeted as soon as í walked in. When í went to get fitted they asked all sorts of questions to find out what types of bras to bring me. They asked whether I like the band a little bit tighter or a little bit looser, what size I was wearing at the time and what size I usually wear, what style I like, and what amount of padding í like. Then, I stayed put in the fitting room as I was brought tons of different bras in different styles, colors, and some varying sizes to try on. By the time I walked out I had three bras that I was absolutely in love with and that fit perfectly, which is something that I never had before then. It was an amazing experience overall and I would (and have) recommended it to all of my friends.

Erica gave me friendly, compassionate assistance at a time when I really needed it, and when she herself was struggling. I will always be grateful for the kindness I received here. This is truly a unique and special place and I recommend it for anyone looking for a bra that is comfortable and accurately sized.

I waited for over a month for a prepaid order, called repeatedly, left messages, and was told it was in the mail to me. LIES! SO I WENT IN STORE TO PICK UP MY ORDER...... GUESS WHAT? She is so passionate about her job and it shows. She takes time with you. Listens to what you are looking for and helps to educate you on the per-fit fit bra. Upon returning to her store, and believe me, you will, she remembers you. She is always willing to special order anything she doesnt have in the store and even gives you a 10% discount! This place is great. After finally being fitted properly at a store out of state I began my search for something more local. I live in Raleigh so I thought surely there would be something near me. After reading many not so pleasant reviews on a local store I stumbled upon a review that mentioned this store. I finally found time to make the hour drive to Burlington. It was well worth the cost of gas. Erica did not disappoint in customer service. It is always nice to be able to walk into a store that actually has your size. I most definitely will be back and have recommended this store to all my friends. Ladies its amazing the difference a great fitting bra makes!

Erica is the best bra fitter Ive ever had the pleasure of working with. Extended size folks, shes got your back. Whatever you need from a 38J sports bra or a 46F plunge, go see her. Shell make sure youre properly sized and she has a ton of beautiful items for everyone. Theres no shaming allowed in her store and I can recommend a visit to anyone who needs a bra. She also features lingerie and bra-sized swim wear!

Hands down the best place to get fantastic bras. I love how Erica takes her time with you. I bought my first five pairs of bras from her back in the summer of 2016 and they are still going strong. I am headed tomorrow to pick up five more and let me tell you, it is a joy to have a business cater to you and your needs everytine you walk in the door. A Sophisticated Pair has helpful staff and a good selection of bras at decent prices. They even have bigger sizes available for the blessed ladies out there. Wish there was a closer location to where I live!

Erica is extremely knowledgeable about fitting and committed to making sure youre happy with what you buy. This by far is the best place for a bra fitting! Erica and her staff are amazing, I have never had a better fit. Everyone is patient, kind and knowledgeable. I will never shop anywhere else for my intimate apperal needs.

I went to this store for the first time on Saturday, August 15th. I cannot say enough good things about the entire experience. Erica did a fitting for me and had me try a lot of different bras until I found something I was really happy with. I went to this shop on April 22, 2017. I had the previous 4 weeks purchased 4 bras from a major department store that were all ill-fitting. This was the best bra experience I have ever had. First I was measured. Found out I could wear a smaller size band. Then I tried on the bras -- several of them. I have never tried on a bra before buying. Buying bras has always been hard for me because I have big breasts. The bras I purchased fit great. No matter your size please go here.

I had to drive and hour to get to the store and it was worth it. Being a woman that has a small back and large bust, i thought my bras were limited to the basic beige. Not so! Erica had me try on many cute bras and even though I wasnt the only customer in the store, she made me feel like I was. This store was the only store I have gone to that had carried some UK bras! Big plus!

Brought my niece & daughter, both who are a little on the shy side & the fitter helped them tremendously. They were great but I do wish they stocked more of each size they only had 3 bras in the entire store in my size. It was super disappointing because they are aupposed to cater to larger sizes. Also they hold weird store hours and they only update it on the phone voicemail when they really should post them on their website and Facebook everyday as well.

I made a stop at this shop during a road trip in NC. I am really glad that I chose this shop to get my first fitting. Erica was very attentive without being overwhelming. Two Words.....LIFE SAVERS!!!!! So, I am a top heavy girl and it was very hard for me to find pretty things...let alone pretty things that fit. I even went to some well known stores that dismissed me because my ladies were too big. At the stores that carried my size, the bras were reduced to just plain black, white, nude, and for a special occasion (hold on to you seats people) navy blue. I was already having self esteem issues so I wanted to find something that would make me smile. When I took my boring black bra to the checkout counter another customer told me about a few brands from the UK that I could search for. Needless to say after a few hours of searching, I found this store that sold all of the brands that I was looking for!!! I jumped in my car that day and fell in love!!!! From the moment I walked through the door, I felt so accepted and welcomed, like it was their home. I tried not to get my hopes up looking at all of the pretty ones so I went straight to the regular colors ones (still a lot prettier than what I had) when the woman behind the counter(Im sorry for not remembering her name) looked at me with a puzzled look and directed me over to the dressing room for a fitting. After finding out my true bra size of 38H, she directed me over to the prettiest bra I had ever seen!!! When I tried it on and it fit, I sat crying in the dressing room for 15 minutes. I had things that would rival any of the top chains that I saw, I bought three bras that day and went home and walked around the house in them. My confidence went through the roof all because they didnt treat me poorly, and had something that made me feel good about myself. THANK YOU A SOPHISTICATED PAIR!!!! I would seriously be lost and in miserably boring undies without you. (Sorry for the long story)

I was searching for a bra store in the Raleigh area and read reviews of the bra patch. A few suggested trying sophisticated pair in Burlington. I was excited to find out they are so close to me as I am in Gibsonville. My mom and a friend went with me to the shop. My first impression was WOW what a beautiful store. I love the decor and colors. The bras are all displayed in a non cluttered way. We were greeted upon entry by non other than the legend Erica. I have seen all her videos after researching her company. Debbie was also there and was a pleasure to talk to while discussing what we were looking for. Erica is an expert! Hands down the most pleasurable sales person I have ever dealt with. She helped get me into the correct size 34HH rather than my 40C that I have been wearing. I cant sing the praise of this store enough. Double Divas had me scared of sarcastic and rude sales women when it comes to bras. DD has nothing on sophisticated pair. Erica and Debbie are the true southern double divas of North Carolina!!!!!!!!! A++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
