Iv had good and bad experiences here. I walked in one day like two years ago and said iv got 4.95 what kind of fun can I get for that. The lady busted out a five dollar coupon for a toy and I left with a impressed sadifaction with my toy. This year I was hired to trim the bushes on the lot and the manager who isnt who staffs the landscaping . Caused a big Sean because he didnt know they was a new person doing this job.Had to walk away and wait for my boss to talk to his boss. Huh mess

Item I purchased came out of the package broke. There is a no return policy so you are stuck with loosing money on things that dont work.

I’ve always had great experience with the staffs and the environment. They’re quite knowledgeable about the products in store. Importantly part, I’ve always been pretty satisfied with the products I buy. If you know what I mean…;) I’ve been going back and will continue to support this store.

Customer service is fantastic. A good place for the faint of heart when it comes to adult stores. It has a large selection of toys, lingerie, lubes, oils, and videos. The employees are knowledgeable on most everything in the store.

Its ok if youre interested in that stuff.

Good variety of product. Sales girls were informative, helpful, and candid. A little more spendy than Id prefer, but their return policy is awesome, so theres no worries there.

They girls here are SOOOO friendly and helpful! They have a good selection. Sexy lingerie or whatever floats your boat. They have something for everyone and then some. If youre looking for toys, this is your place! They even have a rewards program. Curb side pickup was also available. Good sales and great customer service!

Staff (Milo and I think it was Abbey) welcome and inform you of the products, their safety and general usage opportunities. I was by myself and did not feel anxious about viewing, testing, or discussing the many items I was interested in. The store is clean, designed well, has high quality and good selection of products, garments, and toys. Prices are comparable, but the sales make it very accessible to many incomes. The staff made it a point of telling me of additional savings that I was eligible for, and encouraged me to use my many purchase points for some enticing gifts. I wish there were more stores like this!

Was IDd as soon as I stepped in. Nowhere I searched said I must have my ID, apparently I looked too young. Long story short, I was kicked out because I didnt have my ID on me, so I went to the Spencers nearby instead.

This store is way too expensive compared to online stores ive seen the same products same brands for fraction of the cost that lovers has them for I can list several other sites that are cheaper I like the store and going in for the experience but I dont like paying for their products
