I was able to work with Chris and Ryan on trading in my new bike they got me on a street glide that fits me really well and was everything I was hoping for. Thanks guys for everything!! Showed up on my old 2008 that was wore the hell out by me riding it hard and beating it in mountains pulling a trailer while two up! Saw the 2015 and fell in love with it during the test ride when I realized it fit me like an old glove. Heartlands staff kept me informed and entertained through the hole process. Will head back for more accessories and clothes the next few years!!!!!

Came in for my first service after moving back from Colorado and I couldnt be happier. Its always a pleasant suprise when your bill is less than your quote over the phone and the pricing made sense. Im glad I waited until I moved back to have my bike serviced because they were a solid 115 dollars less than the local Harley Davidson dealer back in Colorado. Im for sure making this my go to from now on.

Just bought my second bike from Heartland Harley-Davidson. Craig is easy, fair and felt like he was really looking out for my best interest. Michale in parts is super knowledgable and helped with a few accessory items. Tim in service is excellent as well helping me get the grasp of the new infotainment system on the bike. Honestly, just all around great service and glad to be able to be a repeat customer.

I was refused the military discount on a brand new CVO, The sales manager told me he didnt have to give any discounts on the CVO because they are limited. I bought my current bike new there before it was McGrath and have done all my business there for over 5 years and I will never step foot in there again! I spend a lot of money there and now will find a new dealer. I have posted to let everyone I know and others know about this!

Check your receipts before you leave the store if your item is on sale. It may rang up full price. Unfortunately I didnt check mine. I live to far away to make a special trip back.

Just stopped to get a poker chip and a t-shirt. I didnt really have too much dealings with the staff. They seem friendly enough though. At least theyre not in the McGrath family of dealerships that I know of.
