I had my 1980ish American strat apart in pieces not only did they put it all back together for me, but they also set it up very nicely intonation, fret job, string height perfect thank you very much.

Repeatedly read and ignored my messages, didn’t keep times set. Seems to simply not care about your business. I addressed this with them and they had zero accountability for their actions. The only thing that finally made them respond to my concerns was when I said I was leaving a bad review, and even then it was only to try and blame me for their repeated offenses. Don’t trust these people. They don’t keep their word and they have no motivation to complete tasks.

This is a first class, professional repair shop for stringed instruments. The staff is knowledgeable, approachable, and meticulous about their work. My instruments were returned promptly and now play better than ever before.

I recently brought in several stringed instruments to have repairs and setup work done. Adam took the time to explain the options and what the costs would be. All came out great with cost as quoted. Adam is a fine musician and builds wonderful instruments. His love for music is reflected in his work. His shop in Burlington is a two hour drive for me, but I wouldnt go anywhere else for stringed instrument work.

I called this shop in hopes of having some work done on my instrument. I can say definitively that I have never been so poorly treated by any business person of any kind. He made it seem as though my desire to give him business was an unpleasant burden for him. He actually called me buddy, as he was telling me how little interest he had in helping me out. Im sure his work with guitars is fine but this person (Adam i believe) has no customer service skill whatsoever. He will very likely plenty have plenty of time on his hands if thats the way he treats potential customers. I would advise any one who values civility to take their business elsewhere/
