We have been a customer for a few years now, and I have to say they are awesome. I scheduled a service call and the next morning they had there technician out to my business. Awesome customer service, and prompt service. You cant go wrong with NBM.

I just want to say that NBM is fabulous!!!!When I need ink, I email them what I need and it arrives the next day!!! And service, just as easy!!!Their customer service and field technicians are very kind, courteous and let you know exactly what they do/did and what needs to happen next.Response time is outstanding!!!! I needed a printer serviced and they were out the very next day. It needed a part, it was ordered and the technician showed up the next day with it and the printer was repaired!!! Who could ask for better service!!!!I am happy to be a customer of NBM!!!!Keep up the great service!!!!I definitely would recommend them to everyone!!!!!
