Unhelpful staff pretending they are copywrite lawyers telling me they wont print my own creations.Four employees standing around doing nothing while I wait for ten minutes only to be smugly told that my art cant be printed... because Monopoly is copywrited.Bad service, bad attitudes, and condesention await you here. Do not recommend.
Terrible spoke to someone about a computer repair, did not even really let me get into a description of the problem, cut me off and flippantly said there was nothing she could do, anyone worth their salt would have at least listened
Service was good but didnt have a big selection for charging stations. Prices way too high. But bought one on sell and only have a two week return policy. I live 30 miles away from store and dont think this a good policy. If you have receipt for the item and is still looks brand new they should take it back. No other does this as far as I know. Cashier was rude. Theft thing went off cause she didnt scan off Theft device. Not a good visit here. Probably wont be back.
Friendly staff. They asked if I needed help within a few minutes of walking around. Bought a laptop and was informed of the deals and discounts available. Would visit again.

They had what I needed but my friend traveled 90 miles to purchase a computer that he was told was in stock, IT WAS NOT. Store personnel had no reasonable explanation why it wasnt there. He purchased it anyway and will have to wait for UPS delivery on Tuesday.
I shipped a package from here. It should have been $10 but they charged me a packing fee of $7. I asked what that fee was for and they said we charge that if we tape the box or add packing peanuts, stuff like that. I responded that they had no reason to charge me then because I brought the package already taped up. They would not take off the additional charge
Wanted to get a simple coil binding put on 5 reports. $22.00. Ridiculas. Staples has gotten so expensive with their printing service.

I have been to Staples in Burlington, Iowa twice and both times Ive had a experience that was beyond dissatisfactory. The first time I went in to buy 8, 3x4 pictures on photo paper and they charged me 13 dollars which is outrageous and they didnt even give me the correct sizes. The second time I went in was to pick up a new printer my father had ordered and he called and told them I would be picking it up, however, they would not let me take it out of the store because I was not my father. I understand they have their policies, but the employees we spoke to were rude, and talked to me as though I was stupid. My father ended up cancelling the order since they would not work with us (he lives two hours away and works full time so he could not just run up and get it) and belittled both him and I in person and on the phone when he called back the second time about the situation. We had to go elsewhere to get our printer. Needless to say, Staples in Burlington will never be a place I shop at again.

Received a Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 Lite for Christmas. This product has had several problems since the day I opened it, however, I did not attempt to return it before the 14 day return cut-off, as my mother purchased it on Black Friday. The staff member who answered the phone, not only spoke so fast, using an incredibly thick urban accent, but she was also very rude, especially when I asked for her name. She claims she didnt hang up on me, yet she neglected to tell me she was placing me on hold, therefore, I hung up and called back. I asked to speak to the manager she gave me the name of during our first conversation, however, she actually patched me through to the general manager instead. I informed her of the issues I had with the young lady and the tablet. The GM, whos name is Sherry, was extremely kind and expressed sincere willingness to help. She gave me the phone number to Samsung Group Customer Service.
