Store is great, I was shopping for an office chair and they have a pretty huge selection available right in the store. Staff was welcoming and helpful.However, my issue came when it was time to deal with the warranty. After a few years, the arm rests started to tear and fall apart and the piston responsible for taking the chair up and down would no longer be controller by the lever and would go down when I sat on it and back up when I got off.So I called the office to see if my warranty was still valid and they asked me to email them pictures, which I did then never got a reply. So then I called again a week later and they said they had put in a request for the chair to be repaired (or something along those lines) and I was still unsure if the warranty even covered my damages. The experience from there on out was that if I emailed them, I would never get a reply (not even after being on the phone with the sales rep and he said he was going to email me a document and never did), and it felt like things would only move forward if I called in. The only time I got a straightforward answer was when their 3rd party company responsible for the repairs and replacement got a hold of me and I mentioned that So I guess my warranty covers this then and he said yes.Besides the terrible communication, it took 3 trips for the chair to be repaired as the first trip they forgot the replacement piston and the second trip they realized they couldnt remove the old piston and pretty much destroyed it. But about 5 weeks and a fully replaced chair later, Im happy with the result, just a bit of a pain to get here.

I cannot recommend highly enough the Source Office Furniture team, especially Christina Strating (Sales) and Kevin & co. (Delivery & Set-Up). Christina was so patient, honest but not pushy, funny and kind! She followed up a few times to see how I liked my new set-up. The prices are so reasonable for the high quality product. The delivery and set-up crew were very professional and hard working - especially in this heat! In these work-from-home days, treat yourself to a proper home office from Source! Thank you!! :)

Visited the Burlington store for some home office furniture.I had a very positive experience at their Brampton outlet before and this store was great as well.Nice staff, well displayed selection and I find their pricing very good for people on a budget. Their upscale stuff looks pretty good as well but I found their selection of basic desks, chairs etc to be way better than Staples.Not sure where the rest of the world shops for this stuff but I would recommend Source for sure.

My wife and I went to the Burlington store/office several times to choose furniture for both our son and our home office. We were always greeted with a smile and didnt feel pressured.Thanks Ryan... I picked up and assembled my sons desk the first time (went ok)but chose to have the home office furniture delivered and installed. No regrets there: the young man assembling the desks and hanging the hutch cabinets was very efficient and attentive to details. All in all a very pleasant experience.

My company has worked well with Source over the years and I was introduced to Jason Parker about 2 years ago.They have always been helpful getting us furniture on our chaotic construction site and I would recommend Source Office Furnishings to anyone in need of furniture.

I have placed 2 orders at the Brampton location and moved to Burlington because of problems with service/delivery in Brampton.Unfortunately, the same problems occurred at the Burlington location. They tell you a range of how many days you should expect delivery and then they dont contact you or honour the date. Instead excuses.Also, when ordering a quantity of one large furniture item, they only provided a discount of 2.8% This is incredibly low compared to competitors.

This is my go to place to buy office furniture. The quality of the furniture is better than any local office furniture retailers you can find.

We liked the furniture but they have some serious issues with inventory management and getting the items delivered on time. Some of our items are still not delivered for almost 2 months after order. The items that came also came in various deliveries - desks delivered one day, back panels delivered on another, installation on a different day and some parts still pending. No commitment or accountability for dates !

Very impressed with the service and issue resolution from this company. We ordered 2 desks for our office, and one of the pieces arrived damaged. Our rep quickly rectified the problem, arranging a replacement shipment & installation within 2 business days. Today the replacement piece arrived, and the two gentlemen who delivered + installed were polite, professional, and tidied up everything before leaving. We will certainly be ordering from Source again.

Bought an office chair here. They didnt tell me the armrests were a separate purchase (suprise!). Be aware...you build it you own it. No refunds.

My colleagues and I ordered furniture from this place and they got the order wrong 3 times. The furniture was also damaged. Its been over 2 months since we ordered the furniture and they have yet to replace our order and we are still waiting for outstanding items. The service was appalling. I would look elsewhere. You dont get your moneys worth and the service is so terrible im surprised they are still in business. Do yourself a favor and look at other stores...wish we hadnt wasted so much time and money on this place. We used the Burlington store...stay AWAY!

Looking to redo my office. Walked in, we had to speak to the gentlemen first, no help was offered, he was to busy on his computer. When we asked for help it was like he was put out. When I asked pricing I was told I had misread the flyer - very sarcastically!! Then back to his computer. Not a good way to operate
