I love the product of this store as well as the staffs, they are really helpful. The store manager even lend me a piece of furniture & cushion so I can try it on my backyard. The guys that delivered the furniture are very quick & very organize. From deciding the furniture, choosing the fabric of the cushion to dropping & setting up my furniture - the process is really smooth & very professional.

Dont buy from this place - we bought a table within 24 months and I found the glass top on this table shattered to pieces this morning. Luckily my children or anyone was not near the table when this happened.We had covered the table and put the table away in the garage for winter since we bought it and only took it out last week.I called the store and did not get an explanation why this happened - instead the individual went round in circles and offered to sell me a replacement new table at a price more than I believe we paid for it.A good will gesture from this place to replace the glass would have been appreciated but this seems to be too much from them.Very disappointing.

Return customer.We don’t usually wright reviews but the staff ask us so I am doing it. We love them! :)We have purchase our firs set abut 5-6 years ago it still looks brand new. We have been advised by the sales person to use sunbrella cushions and never looked back. Over the years we added to our collection made custom cushions and recommended to everyone. Our friends that have chosen insideout are very happy with furniture. Whenever I stop by the store I want to update my set. They have grate choices of lovely outdoor furniture and accessories. Highly recommended!
