I recently worked with Paul to design my living room. He was a delight to work with. Hes patient, has a great sense of style, fabulous taste, and was able to put together a room that looks beautiful. He arrived at home the day the furniture was delivered to make sure everything was placed in just the right spot. Ill definitely return to him for help when furnishing other rooms.

As beautiful as the table I ordered was, the delivery was pushed back about a week from when they said they’d deliver And once it got here they forgot to get the clear adhesive bumper to go under the glass and had to reschedule assembly for later. As ridiculous as a simple sticker being missing they still couldn’t manage to figure the situation out in a timely manner. Now I will have to stay without a functional table for a whole extra week.

We were very attached to our old Ethan Allen couch. Paul was extremely patient and helped us choose a style and fabric we love just as much. Plus we were undecided whether to purchase a chaise. Paul pointed us to an ottoman with a flat surface that we can also use to place a tray and work a as a coffee table. Very happy and would definitely ask for Pauls help next time around.

In working with Ethan Allen, I have had the pleasure of engaging with one of their talented designers, Paul DiStefano. I have been working with Paul for the past few months in selecting a variety of pieces of furniture, rugs, and custom made drapes for our new condo. Paul has come to our condo to measure, bring samples of material and carpeting for us to choose from and has made suggestions which have transformed our living room into a very welcoming cozy space. Paul has made the time to come to our condo when furniture was being delivered and when the drapes were installed to make sure all went smoothly. He was available when I had a question or emailed me with suggestions on material selection. Paul would even deliver a cushion that I had covered at Ethan Allen on his way home from work. I cant say enough about his attention to detail, his eye for color, and his ability to work with my needs translating them into a wonderful design.

We worked with Paul DiStefano on furnishing our living room. He was able to create a beautiful space that also coordinated extremely well with the rest of our home. It is now my favorite room in the house. We would be delighted to work with him again on another project.

I have been shopping at Ethan Allen for many years and have found the quality and workmanship of their furniture to be of the highest quality. Since my family was moving into a new home we decided to buy mostly all new furniture but also wanted to keep some of our vintage Ethan Allen pieces. Kayla Rushing, our design consultant, was extremely helpful in picking materials for us to recover our Ethan Allen chairs from our dining set breathing new life into them. We wanted so very much to keep this set although we purchased it in the mid 80’s but again Ethan Allen furniture is timeless. Kayla was always was prompt in getting back to us when we had questions and kept us up to date as to the progress of our work. We also purchased a new bed which Kayla helped us choose a wood color that coordinated with an older Ethan Allen bedroom set which has worked out marvelously. Thank you, Kayla!

Kayla at the Burlington store has a great eye was very helpful in getting the sizing right in our living room. I wanted to make sure I didnt make a mistake with scale. Kayla has great insight and suggested some options for us we would not have considered. Great in-home service without a fee. Ethan Allen always delivers a great product.

I shop Ethan Allen for the quality and style of their products. I am replacing Ethan Allen chairs that I purchased over 30 years ago (still in good condition) - but its time for a change. I am also getting a new coach and rug. The staff at Ethan Allen are all very helpful.

I rarely write reviews however I have to write rbis because I show great my experience has been. I worked with Erin to bring our new home to life. Her ideas, her dedication and accessibility were phenomenal. And when I finally got my products wow! I keep going back to Erin because she just understands our needs and every recommendation builds on the original design. Ethan Allen has good products but the customer care is beyond amazing especially working with Erin. Ask for her when you go to be your designer. She is amazing!!!!!

Ordered 2 84” bookcases. Due to the COVID-19 virus we were told the order would talk longer than usual. The sales person sent regular emails keeping us in formed of the order progress. Which I thought was great. The bookcases arrived on the date we had recently been told. Delivery crew was polite and set up the bookcases where we wanted them. They made sure they were level. Definitely “white glove” delivery service. I highly recommend Ethan Allen for its service and quality of furniture.

I have used Ethan Allen, and specifically Rita Cittadini, for two of my homes and I must say I am extremely happy!! The quality of their furniture and the way it looks in my home is superb. I had a wonderful experience using Ethan Allen design services for our new living room furniture. Before we had a disjointed, unsophisticated space, but now, we have a beautiful room with pieces that are comfortable and timeless. We purchased a sectional, leather chair, ottomans, a coffee table, and end tables. The color palette is neutral with pops of color and blends in so well with our dining room decor. Our designer took note of what we had in other rooms to ensure a cohesive feeling. We couldnt be happier!

What a pleasure it was shopping at the Burlington Ethan Allen store and working with Erin Cormier, Design Consultant! She helped me develop a color scheme for an open floor plan and helped make selections for furniture. She was knowledgeable about the products and made recommendations to help achieve the look I was going for. She also happily worked to include existing furniture that I had into the floor plan. She was also patient with my children, and provided games and coloring sheets for them, as they were not always super excited to be furniture shopping! I highly recommend Ethan Allen and especially Erin for any furniture shopping needs you may have!

I worked with Rita Cittadini out of the Burlington MA EA. Rita was fantastic to work with. I had a vision for my master bedroom which I shared with Rita and she brought it to life. I purchased a platform bed, drapes, a chair, a rug and accessories and every piece was perfect! If you need any help whether small or large for your home I highly recommend Rita. Kayla was great to work with! She took input (sometimes conflicting input) from me and my husband and made suggestions that worked with both of our tastes and priorities. She even came to our house to measure everything and made the process as pain free as possible!

Horrible service. They quoted me a price and after I provided my credit card info, they said they quoted the wrong price, which would be double the price. I asked if they would send me a cost breakdown to review first, and I was told that I have to reply I confirm the charges by email in order for them to charge the card. I never received an email, but a ridiculous charge showed up on my card and didnt even get my items....horrible!

This is not the cheapest furniture store around, but WOW, they certainly stand behind their products. I bought a couch and was unhappy with the fabric. Anyplace else would have told me too bad. (I know. I had problems with a couch I bought at another store.) But the Ethan Allen, and my sales rep Kayla, worked hard to make everything right. They ended up re-upholstering my couch in totally different fabric, and now Im a very happy customer. Im honestly surprised at how much effort and expense they were willing to put in to make sure I was 100% satisfied. I will buy all my furniture from these guys from now on.

Richard was informative and friendly but not pushy...it was a big purchase for me and he gave me plenty of space to make up my mind...set is gorgeous and meets all my expectations!
