Showed up 15 minutes before close (couldnt make it earlier due to my work schedule). They wouldnt ship my package because they had shut everything down. Why even be open until 6:30? I wouldnt have rushed if I knew they check out early.

Notary public are typically on their own schedules at these locations. Call to ask. Would be helpful if they posted it in the description of the business here.

The young man at the front treats everyone with respect and really helpful .So satisfied with the services offered here.

No experience on notary services. Requested additional documents which were not required. Went to another UPS store in Woburn and was able to get documents notarized smoothly.

A very nice young man helped me here. I needed to send something to my grandson who had the same name as him, JOHn! I will be coming back to this store for any future needs of mine. h

I have been using this store for several years. Convenient location for me. Staff is always polite and accommodating. I sometimes wonder if the prices of some of the packaging materials are overpriced, so I try to get my packaging elsewhere and just go here for the delivery service. Overall, no complaints.

Awful service. I went through appropriate steps to make an appointment to get documents notarized. When I get to my appointment time at this location, the person did not return from her lunch break. I waited 20 minutes more and she did not show up. The staff was nice enough to text her. She responded that she would get there in 10 minutes - 30 minutes LATER than my appointment time. I left. Not acceptable and unprofessional. Don’t get your documents notarized here. The person takes hour long lunch breaks and there is no guarantee she’ll be present. No consideration to customer’s time.

These people are unprofessional. They just don’t pay attention to customer. I waited for 4 minutes before calling the attendant who has been walking around the booth for no reason. When I said I need receipt for my package drop off he told me to wait couple more minutes. I had an appointment to go so said I’ll pick up the receipt later, but he didn’t get that ready for me. Very unprofessional.

By far this is the most impolite and unprofessional service I have encountered so far. The guy who I met had very little to no knowledge of what he was doing. The young man could not answer any of the basic queries and was extremely rude. Not knowing something is not an issue but not making an effort to find out is another thing. His straight answer to everything was I dont know.

I am always in and out very quickly, which is highly appreciated for work related visits. I am at this location about 3 times a month and always have a pleasant experience with the staff.

Very bad service. Saying to come at some time for notary and they doesnt show up and saying the person is not available on that time.Not a good behavior with the customers. Very very poor service. I suggest please visit some other location.

We ship packages from this UPS store as it is in Burlington and close to other stores. The experience has been pretty standard. As our packages are always packed and labeled, we just needed to drop it off and therefore, we were out of there within 5 minutes.

The worst by any stretch of a mindOne day before my international letter was supposed to arrive at the final destination, the package was still lingering in their office!!!When I requested an explanation, not even sorry! they just offered to reimburse me back without delivering the important letter!!!They made me waste 4 days of time plus they charged me about $50 more than if I did it online.They gave me back $20 with all bitterness, which I would preferred if they kept it for themselves!

Not a fair store. Issued a notarized copy. Damaged my original document and at the end asked price double of the originally declared. LIAR!!I will never go there again.Go to Bank make a free copy. Go to any pubic office/college they will also do it for you for free!

I dont even know how to put into words how upset I am with UPS in general and this location. I packed a box with several expensive cosmetics that were clearly stolen from me. Half of the items in the box showed up and all the items that were brand new magically disappeared. The manager and the company did absolutely nothing to resolve the situation for me. I will never ever do business with UPS again after this incident. It is horrific that someone would go through someones personal belongings let alone steal them. They said the items were poorly packed and denied my claim, which makes no sense as the other items showed up just fine. I am totally disgusted that they couldnt do anything to fix this for me and lost hundreds of dollars of my personal belongings.

This store twice refused to print my labels for an Amazon return. Amazon ended up scheduling a pickup instead. A waste of two trips with two different associates who did not want to try to assist me.

Ive been to the store twice at 8:30 AM for their advertised opening. I had to leave both times as nobody showed up. Trying the Woburn from now on.

I should give her a one star but I can’t do that because besides this incident I’m going to explain, she was friendly until I recently stopped by her store after being in there once. I went there to ship a box I had some things I was sending out and I put it all in a diaper box. I asked her if she had tape to tape it and she said yes then Double takes at the box and proceeds to tell me I cannot use a diaper box it won’t ship. While the common person may believe this, I happen to used previously manage a pack and ship store for 4 years and we shipped not only UPS but also FedEx, DHL, and post office and international so I had to take exams for each one in order to do the job so I know all the rules and regulations of shipping for each company. What she told me was completely falce, you can ship a diaper box there are certain things and logos you can’t use to ship although a diaper box is not one of them. I explain this to her so she proceeded to just ignore me and basically not help me I said you’re only telling me that because you want me to purchase a box from you plus the shipping. While although everyone is trying to make their money to run their business, lying to a customer is u excusable in order for your gain. If she had told me she was a privately run business and she would only ship her boxes to support the business I probably would have went ahead and spent the extra money. But to deceive me about it and say that UPS won’t ship it and tell me a bold face lie caused me to not only not purchase from her but never again she lost my business I will not return. beware of scammers
