Always busy but plenty of employees to get line down quickly. Ive never had any problems here and love that Amazon products can just be dropped off here without having to box up myself.
Refused to ship a firearm from a licensed dealer to another licensed dealer. The guy said they won’t ship firearms at all. Not professional at all. Will take my business elsewhere and will recommend everyone to not use them
Mr. Belmon is always very helpful here. No issues with anything and he is very courteous.
Counter staff rudely told me my package wasn’t packed well when I went to them to have them package it. They charge $3 to email label, didn’t scan it into the system, leaving it in limbo for 2 days. They couldn’t insure for full value and didn’t bother to check the address and tell me that UPS won’t ship to P.O. Boxes so the $100 spent was for nothing as it will now be returned.

Always Prompt, Courteous, Professional Service - I have shipped multiple times from this store. Today, after Spectrum Cable told me I couldnt drop their equipment off in THEIR OWN store, they referred me here. Heather served me - she knew immediately how to handle a return to Spectrum and took care of everything in about two minutes flat.
Rushed to get here today and was at the door at 6:34! Told they had closed the register and couldn’t help me. Now they don’t close until 6:30! Can’t believe this and saw rating about excellent customer service...don’t think so!! Now another 40 minute trip back just for this. Will not be using again will find another way!
My printer was on the fritz when attempting to print note cards. I turned to the UPS store to print my cards. I found the stores paper and printing quality made the photos pop on the note cards better than my printer. I now go to them each time I need note cards.

Kathy goes beyond her duties to try and accommodate the customers. I called today and told her my circumstance and she offered to come out to the car and get my package. All I had to do was to call her when I arrived at the store. She then returned with my receipt. That certainly says a lot about her customer service.
So packages end up here (no idea how or why) instead of calling, emailing or retrying to correct address, the store staff simply return to sender. How about taking a moment to let someone know you have the packages that I have been waiting for.? Is it really that hard to perform simple customer service...........

I just dropped off a package. Quick and easy.
So I decided to have a package delivered to this location because it is close to my home and I have used it before and was completely satisfied with the experience. When I arrived to the store there were 3 employees working and a line which I understand because there is apparently only one computer for package sign out. I was asked my name and the lady went to retrieve my package (No ID Check???)which was located at the bottom of a pile located to the right of the desk. Mind you this is a laptop I was picking up and it was located under 3 other orders, on the floor. $600 laptop just laying on the floor. So when I asked the associate Jennifer if I would be able to look at my merchandise to verify it was not broken as it had been under other boxes on the floor, she stated that she could not let me do that because once I opened the box it was the same as signing and if there was any damage I would have to take it up with UPS. Is this not the UPS store? To which she stated yeah the store not UPS which to me is a little confusing as all your uniforms and entire store is stamped with the UPS logo. I said fine and sign when I asked for a copy of my pick up confirmation you would have thought I asked Jennifer for her social security number because she gave me the look of a deer in headlights. I was then told to wait for Kathy that she would be right back. After waiting about 30 minutes I asked for the customer service number to which I was given a card with the store number and was told by Jennifer that she did not know or have access to a corporate or customer care number. I left my name and number and email with Jennifer who stated she would have Kathy give me a call before the close of business needless to say I am still waiting on a call from Kathy. Terrible customer service! Manager should not have been out of store if associates are not properly trained to do their job! Jennifer may have been unable to locate corporates number but I did via Google!
I walked in last minute right before they were closing! They were very helpful, friendly, and helped me with getting my package shipped the right way! 🤗 She printed out my label and packaged my items for me! I was in and out within 2-3 minutes.
I’ve had multiple items be delivered damaged recently. It’s sad that these drivers don’t have the decency to handle the items with more care. I expect my packages to come in one piece. Not broken in half due to mishandling.
I frequently visit this location. The workers are highly professional as they take care of all your postal needs. I highly recommend this store.
Went there to get some help tracking a phone Id ordered, the assistant manager was working really hard to get me out of the store. She couldnt answer my questions, and kept giving me these supposed quick answers Id hurry up and get out. No one was in line behind me, she just seemed really agitated and rushed. She thought I was ignorant to the process which made the experience even more unpleasant. If I can help it, I wont be going back.
Well Ive shipped with them 3 times and they always take care of me as I would expect. These women have a job to do and arent there to be my friend I just want my packages shipped and to know they are doing that respectively and they have delivered on time on 3 seperate occasions !!!
Staff is very rude and unhelpful. First time shipping anything and they have made the experience terrible. Asked for corporate number and they refused to give it to me so I had to call customer service to get it. In their mindset, they are right and do nothing wrong. This store will screw you over in a heartbeat. I would rather drive a package across the country rather than do business with this store again
Well run business, very polite staff. They are all notaries which is helpful.
The storefront says they open at 9am but at 9:05, theres no signs of opening. The store is still dark with the gate inside closed.

Horrible customer service..! Strongly recommend anyone doing anything to do with shipping to go by Postal Connections right down the road on University Dr.. Never care to go back to this place again..
Horrible customer service! I had a package returned to the store and I was told by the clerk the package was returned because it was refused by the receiver. This was not the case the package was returned because it was damaged in transit. UPS stated that they never attempted to deliver my package. I requested a refund, I was told a case had to be opened. It has been a week and I havent heard anything back.

Staff smoke in the back with the door open thinking that will help. Store smells like ciggarettes. Its not even legal to smoke in a business in NC so they stand by the back door like that will solve it... Folks are nice enough. Just smoke oustside. Less than 15 percent of US smokes. Most of us that dont cant stand ot

Worst customer service - the employees were very rude. They were also smoking inside of the building making the whole building smell like nicotine. I would not recommend going here for your shipping needs.
All the employees are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. As an an Elon student I highly recommend getting a mailbox at this store instead of dealing with the delays at the mail center on campus.
This has to be the single worst UPS store in the whole of the company I have never had a pleasant experience with the staff they are not helpful and most times rude. Also if you need to get a label printed it will cost you $4. My suggestion is ship FedEx or find another store.
