Any issues we’ve run into were either solved immediately and with fantastic customer service, or was an issue with an item itself, not the employees or this store. This is a very trustworthy place of business and I’ll always purchase from here!!

We bought a sectional with a recliner and chase they both broke within the week. They took it to have it repaired and had it for nearly two weeks. Shortly afterwards it broke again and the padding began to shift. I gave up contacting them they made so many excuses. The couch is made from particle board which is not ideal!Very expressive and poorly made! Youre better off going to Big lots!

The people are very friendly and helpful every time we have gone in no matter if we were not buying anything or just looking. They take the time to get to know their customers. When I go in I never feel like a customer I feel like I am visiting good friends. They really care about the people. Great affordable furniture. They were very helpful in making sure my fiance and I were happy with our new couch and ottoman. Great selection in store and also able to help you if want you want isnt in the store. Our order arrived quickly to the store and they even helped load it onto my truck. I will definitely be purchasing more furniture from these guys.

I Love This Furniture place, particularly this location. The owners and staff are super nice and prices are always competitive.

We picked out bunk beds and when they arrived, they were the wrong ones that we ordered. We were told that it was our fault and we didn’t understand the ordering process. We selected two sets of bunk beds that had stairs and drawers in the front of them because of limited space. When they arrived the stairs were on the sides and we could not open them because of the size of the room. We were told that we were wrong because you could not order drawers on the front and we just didn’t remember what we had ordered. We had the owners call the manufacturer so they cold learn explain how to order their own product correctly. Less than a year later the safety railings are falling off and we found out that they are held together with staples. We should have got the $100 beds from Walmart instead of these $1200 bunk beds that are garbage. The owners do nothing accept blame the customer for their mistakes. After weeks and weeks of going to different district managers and corporate offices we were finally able to get them to order us the correct stairs, but it was one of the most frustrating processes that I have ever had to deal with for garbage furniture.

I purchased a couch and love seat. Not even 2months after i bought them the frame snapped on loveseat and no im not heavy and that shouldnt matter lol. The wood in the couch creaks also just after getting it. They did replace the love seat but it took awhile and the new love seat already creaks. The furniture is very cheaply made!!
