Incredible employees at least most of them,except on bagging your groceries, could use some more training for them

Would love to give it 5 stars, but wont. I used to love shopping here. Friendly staff and good prices. I was in there about a month ago, and found out that I couldnt shop and get checked out without a mask on. Medical conditions keep me from wearing one. The staff told me that if I want to shop there, then I should order online and get it delivered. I think that people shouldnt be treated differently because of medical conditions.

If you love being harassed by employees to wear a mask and being followed until you leave? Then this is the place for you. Thats unless they just watch you walk in, allow you to fill your cart and when you go to checkout, refuse to cash you out unless you put on a mask. Dont have one? Your options are either buy one or not be checked out, and they expect you to put the groceries back. You need a firm policy in place for all customers. Plain and simple, but its okay I will take my business elsewhere from here on out.

Very nice store close to my house because I have to walk. Its cheap and has everything there I need. The employees are very nice and helpful. I think its a great store.

Ive never had a bad experience there. I usually shop around 10 a.m. Place is always clean, the employees are nice, friendly, very helpful and we really good at small talk. Keep up the good work.

I was told to put on a mask or I would not be checked out. I was told that since this is a private company that they can discriminate against me. I would NEVER shop at a place that requires a face covering. Maybe it was to cover the smell of cat urine? Anyway, any company that believes in covid-19 will never get my business.

Helpful staff, decent cheap product, clean store.... More variety would be nice.

I gave this store 3 stars I wanted to give it more because I do like it and hope it does well, however my last experience was not a good one, the cashier was straight up creepy she kept sneering at me looking like she was looking to start a problem she made me very nervous, she was not a pleasant person at all she was also very unkept. I dont think she should be working with the public she has obvious signs of not being able to handle it.

Great new leadership. Instant turn around of store. Great meat maintaining the standards Save A Lot hangs its reputation on to differentiate itself in the marketplace. Store had a rough start under previous leadership but is turning the corner in building the brand in our market. Thank you for making the changes needed to bring the true Save A Lot.

Its one of the few grocery stores within walking distance of my house. Its a discount store so theres mostly off brand products but the frozen foods weve tried have been good, works on a budget in a pinch. The employees are always very nice. Dont forget your own bags though!

One of my favorite places

They have great produce! Ears of corn for 5/$1.00. It was delicious. The only thing I had a problem with is the website states they are open until 10 PM on Sundays. I got there a few minutes after 9PM & they were closed. Great prices!

Its nice to finally have a grocery store in walking distance for those of us who have to walk. But, personally, I would rather have name brand products and better produce. Even if I had to pay a little more. You get what you pay for

We love your store. Its close and prices are decent. Although when the store first opened it had a strange odor. Some people said it smelled like cat urine. I think it smelled like old glue from the shop n save floor they took out. I can say this though, it wasnt cat urine. My son is deathly allergic to cats and even when the smell was there he had no reaction at all. THE SMELL IS GONE NOW!!! I like this store way better than Aldis.

The people were very friendly. They have great selection and prices but that smell is not gone. I was there yesterday. I thought I was only one smelling it until I talked with a few people. And yes to me it smells like cats. I don’t like complaining but I think this will end up hurting business and I don’t want to lose the store.

Sure is a nice store, but the over powering smell of cat urine makes it unbearable! Will not be returning. My eyes, and wifes eyes were watering and burning, it smelled like 500 cats went into heat and sprayed everything.

Watch out consumers! They were charging $0.99 for a box of So Cheezy brand mac and cheese deluxe dinner and $1.99 for a box of kraft brand mac and cheese similar dinner however they wanted $2.99 for a box of so cheezy shells and cheese dinner. My daughter and I asked the manager why and he was snotty about it and i refuse to go back. They play bait and switch. I am sticking with Aldi

Great store and close to home, but a bit too small.

My first time going to this store. Ive heard and seen terrible things about this store but wanted to check it out myself. So when you first enter the store it is about quarter to third the size as the shop n save that used to be here or basically the spot was the produce section of shop n save. Now after you realize you can see the whole store from the entrance there is some kind of smell. I have no clue what it is except it shouldnt smell.Now you need a quarter to get a cart and bring your own bags as they want to be like aldi but charge Walmart prices or higher. Needless I left with only 3 items..then went to sharp shopper. I wont be back unless in a complete crunch. But of course it is off course when I go to town so I hardly doubt Ill be back at all.

They make you pay $0.25 to get a buggy which you cannot unlock their all jammed together and you cant get them apart Ill shop Aldis
