Comfortable ambience. Reasonably fast service. Very polite staff. Fries were up to the mark, but the mojito and pizza were so low quality youd think youre eating in a cheap restaurant.

Extremely Poor!Drove with friends in heavy traffic for 90 minutes and ended up disappointed. Never heard of The Humming Bird Cafe from anyone but got allured because of their Instagram posts. The cafe wasnt crowded but it took 15 minutes before we were attended by someone. The waiters didnt knew much about the menu and were very confusing. Not one, not two, but as many as three. To begin with, the salads were pathetic. Whats a salad? You must add atleast 4 to 5 veggies but at this cafe, all you get is lettuce with either chicken or boiled eggs. Thats a shame. How on earth you call that a salad? Both the salads were pathetically made. Next we ordered was Cottage Cheese Club which is a sizzler. The Paneer tasted bad and was too chewy and hard. The quantity of rice was too little. Now come the funny part, they call this HBC Specials i.e., Grilled Chicken with BBQ. This doesnt deserve to be charged close to 350. The quantity of chicken was troo little and the presentation was pathetic. The waiter suggested us to go for Chicken Satay instead of any grilled chicken or Fish. The portion size was not acceptable. Next in was the herb rice in veg and non veg. Both of them have the same tomato base gravy. The vegetarians get just the capsicums in the gravy and the non vegetarians get chicken cubes. The music is played too loud and only after complaining 3 times, the volume was reduced but that was when we were paying the bill. The owner needs to look into this on a serious note. I thought this cafe must be right up there with Tarz, Carvery, Churrolto etc. But, this is a big disappointment.

First of all the ambience is great and its great during the night too, but the service over there was not satisfactory. We recieved our order after almost waiting for 30 to 40min. The lasagnia have to say was not my best tasted one. It had really great interior too but our experience was not so good. The pricing is on a budget side thats the good part.

Grilled fish was okay or I can put it as average ( nothin special ). Burger was so dry, I regret buying that (after paying that much for it ofc). Then Ordered a chicken pizza, and oh god theres a lot of cheese in it. I mean yeah most of the guys would love cheese, but dude calories, just ask how would you like ur cheese on pizza, do it only when customer ask for extra cheese. Then comes its toppings, maybe 6 to 7 small peices of chicken on a medium pizza, absolutely disappointing.Then there were chicken fingers, which were the only savings grace for my lunch. 5 to 6 of em, well atleast they tasted good.So, thats how it went. I might say, we didnt order the best food Humming bird has to offer. We went in for a surprise but disappointed on whole.I would conclude that, there are brilliant alternatives for what the foods worth. Hence, will not visit Humming bird anytime soon.

Visited this place post the lockdown being lifted in Hyderabad. Quaint little place - loved it ! Food was affordable and very tasty. Service was good too! All safety Covid protocols followed . Plus they allow pets so that is a plus if you are a pet owner.

Lot of wait time and the quantity served is very less. Since we were seated in the lounge area there were flies and mosquitoes, very expensive, taste OK, Lot of restaurants available within Madhapur with better taste and much better quantity with less than the prices quoted here.With such high prices being taken Hotel needs to take care of the ambience, quantity and wait time, After a lot of follow up they just get it and keep it on the table, we need to help ourselves!

The humming bird cafe appears huge in the pictures but the space is limited. We tried onion rings, masala cheese fries, jalepino poppers and garlic bread. While onions rings were great, the food was below average. I tried the hazelnut cappuccino, really loved it. If you just want to meet up with someone for a coffee, this is a good place.

The ambience was good and looked pleasant.The food was okay but not extraordinaryexcept for the chocolate pastry.The pasta tasted good and we wanted to order another one until we found an insect in it after eating half of it.The service was very slow. We had to wait for an hour to get our first order though we have given the order.The overall experience I had in this café was not satisfactory .

Humming Bird Cafe with its chic ambience and good food, is attracting young and family crowd alike.Ive been planning to visit this place for couple of months now, and I did make it there last week.Ill be frank, please do not expect service, not just from this place but almost every place till things settle down. Lock down and unlock is only creating a havoc for hospitality industry and they are extremely short staffed. Please bear with them if you can, if your service is delayed.We chose to sit in their outdoor seating area, which had coolers and fans fitted for a comfortable experience. We ordered Cream of brocoli for soup, which was very good.Jalapeño cheese poppers in veg tasted very good, if you think of it as just a cheese popper, because theres no hint of jalapeño that I could find.Chicken strips were very good with their dip. Quantity, however, for both the starters were a little less IMO.Alfredo veg and lasagne veg, in the mains did justice to both taste and quantity.Dallas spicy chicken burger, while I dint expect it to be spicy, it was almost bland in taste with very less seasonings/sauces in the burger. Could have been much better with those.In desserts, we ordered cheesecake and couple of ice cream flavors ( berry yogurt and brownie). While cheesecake was very good, they need to up their ante when it comes to ice creams. There was no proper texture, their blend did not come out as good as expected, temperature of Icecream wasnt right for me. They are decent, but if I have to compare, there are many better joints that offer better taste and texture at similar pricing.Overall, I would say it was a good experience and if they fill in their areas of improvement, they would do wonders.#FoodShaukeen

3/04/21The ambience is quite good. You will feel comfortable only if you are sitting in the AC area, while the NON AC Area only has table top fans under the scorching heat. The service was good. 3 stars because the food was not that great as per the reviews and ratings on other channels. Ordered a whole course lunch including drinks. Pizza was good. Burger was really average. Sizzler was okayish.Pricing was a bit high too as per the offerings. Got 2500+ bill for 3 people.They also provide games and books to past time.

I had an amazing experience this Saturday by visiting the place.The place had an amazing setup, and ambience and yoyslly enjoyed the swing-concept seating and the little room for cooling in the A/C section...I had ordered the following:1. Onion rings ( was a fan since a kid of it and had to order)2. Grill chicken sizzler3. Chicken lasagna ( amazing taste)4. Rich chocolate shakeI had loved every part of the meal and had to skip dinner after a heavy snack for two. No valet parking so you got to hunt for one off street. Ambience and food was good, chicken satay was just chicken strips rather than a satay and no peanut sauce. Coffee service in a cheap take away cup rather than in a proper cup.Service was quite slow abd food took ages to arrive. It’s alright to visit once.

I would have given 5 rating if its only about ambience. But giving 3 rating due to average food taste. We ordered 6 items in that we liked only one item. I think owner should look in to food taste as well. However the place seems to be very good and I love the decorations. Kudos to the owner or designer for such a brilliant work towards look and feel of that place. Hope next time will see the improvement in food taste and give 5 rating. Thank you for todays service.

Overall its so good.3. White meat Chicken Pasta: The white sauce is good. I loved it most of all the other dishes. It serves one.4. Grilled Fish with Veggies: its quite decent too. This is crowded place, hard to find table mostly because of the ambience. Ambience is good and staff are helpful but the food is below average, atleast the items that I had here. Only the blue eye drink was good and the cheesecake was ok, mushroom Quesadilla was very bad, it wasnt even cooked properly. Becoz of heavy crowd they r not cooking dishes properly. We went in the evening and it was all lit up. I guess it will look more insta worthy in the day.Food: We had two cold coffees which were good. The menu is extensive with a cafe style options. Sandwiches, pizza, pasta etc. We ordered grilled chicken and spaghetti carbonara. The chicken dish was good but the carbonara was not upto the mark. The sauce was too milky and lacked seasoning.Service: the service is fast and you can check the menu by scanning the barcode. It is kind of laid back and most people spend at least 1 hour here.

Yesterday evening 4 pm (6th February 2021), I visited this cafe for the first time. Because I seen a good reviews on google.But the truth is very very terrible because I received a very bad service from this cafe. I will tell the truth step by step that I received the service from this cafe..1. Bad service mind from the manager and staffbecause he told me u can’t sit the outside because they already reserved the table for women only but I have seen a men can sit at that table as he say a reserved for a woman only .2. I have sit inside of the cafe and he tell me again to move to another table because some customers outside wanna sit inside the cafe because they are hot from the sun and the manager wanna me and my frds move to another table for them. It’s fair!!!!!!3. I received all my orders. While I am eating, there is a staff of the cafe came in and told us to move the table again because they want this table that i have sit already and eating for the family customer. It’s fair again!!!!!4. I feel very bad and feel so terrible that I received service from this cafe. The manager,staff they are suck!!!!!!!!Everything in the cafe is excellent,foods also good. I think I have to visit this cafe for the first and the last time. Because the manager and the staff treated me like I am saying at first.

Loved the food and shakes here, definitely worth a visit. The coffee is also very good and the ambience is even better. A pet friendly place where you could hangout with your friends, family or partner. The only downside is its a bit small but they have both outdoor and indoor sitting option.

The ambience is very aesthetic and calm and the food also tastes really good.Whats lacking is the music, they have very few speakers which only plays music from one corner. They need to put more speakers in the outdoor sitting area.

It was me, a special someone, spicy chicken pizza, appetizers, a virgin mojito and that beautiful calm-cozy vibe of the cafe. He and his calmness (though he was busy taking his pictures), me and my madness everything was just perfect!! The indoor and outdoor arrangements are amazing to chill out with your squad, loved the theme of pretty pastel interiors. So make your day by hitting up this cafe in Madhapur.

A special point to be shared it the hospitality, every worker is just amazing and they know exactly how to treat a customer. They are friendly and they did make it a regular place for me.

Found the cafe very unwelcoming. Reached there with my husband and my infant and we were denied a table straightforward, even though there were empty tables and they could have accomodated us. For all the food places that I have visited till date, there has been either a waiting time, or the staff makes extra accommodation, denying specially when we had travelled all the way with the baby is something that didnt go well with me.

4 of us visited this place on a Saturday evening. The waiting service was very unprofessional and unresponsive. They served us the main dish without plates or spoons. Had to ask for each of these items one after the other.The waiter could not answer a single question about any of the dishes.The ambience was below par with vibes of the birthday party of a 5 year old.The veg lasagna tasted average.

Great Ambience with below average taste.There are few board games, Uno cards etc. its a decent place to hangout with friends if you dont mind to wait for a long time to get your food served, eat directly from the serving plate, unresponsive waiters and most importantly - poor tasting food, Tried 7-8 items & only 1 of them was good. The place is quite a small one. The ambience is great. The service is good and the staff are friendly. Among the five dishes I tried, Alfredo Pizza and Lasagna were the standout. The salad was great. The pastas were good although the sauce was on the bland side. Better seasoned sauce wouldve made the pastas great. All in all a very good place for good food at reasonable prices.
