Called at 4:35 to make a cash purchase of a phone. I live 3 minutes - 4 tops walking distance from shop. Agent insisted on me waiting till Monday because they were closing. I clarified I didnt need orientation. All I wanted was to make the purchase and go on with my day. She said she didnt have permission to work past 5 oçlock. I dont know that a straight up cash purchase would take more than 25 minutes. I go in, ask for the phone I want, pay and go. Ill go on Monday to a different store and make the purchase.
