I had a great experience at this AT&T location! Jason was wonderful and made the process of upgrading my phone a very smooth one. He made sure to ask if I qualified for any discounts that AT&T offered, informed me of the new TV option that is available with AT&T, and also helped me make a decision on which phone best fit my needs. He was very conscience of the time limit that I had and was able to get me out in time to make my engagement while being thorough and ensuring that I had the best plan available for me and that no further changes were needed on my account. My old phone was horribly broken, but yet I couldn’t part with it. My son passed away and all of his pictures, videos and text messages were on it. I could only hear on speaker. It was time to get a new phone. I called the store and spoke with Zach, he reassured me that my sons text messages, pictures and all of those precious memories would be saved and transferred to my new phone. It took me a day but I went in nervous about it. Marcus was efficient, professional and made sure everything was transferred. Marcus also helped me save on my bill. Thank you guys so much. It means the world to this mom!

All abt service. Two young girls were extremely helpful Monday evening. Tuesday morning went on with an issue and while I was the only one there they both just kept messing around with their tablets while I stood at the door waiting. And then he acted bothered and had zero help (of course he didnt look to see if he could find an answer).I asked when the other girl would be back and she was at Lonoke... so I drove there. Once again, friendly, helpful service w a smile.Some people are paid too much. Others well... I wouldnt keep them on.
