We were traveling through Arkansas back to Texas and we stopped in here to get my screen repaired. We were immediately greeted as we walked in with very friendly and professional employees. They knew exactly what we needed and did it in less than 30 minutes at a very reasonable price. The store is very organized to where you can find exactly what you are looking for and if you can’t the employees are more than happy to help. I definitely recommend this store. I have an iPhone 8. This is the first time ever that I have broken my glass screen. I called the store and they said to come on down, it will probably take about a half an hour. It was done quickly and I really appreciated the person in the store.

I’d recommend this place over any other place because I could’ve walked out of here paying about $200 but I ended up barely paying half of that. Great place and I highly recommend.

I cracked my phone about a week ago and I wanted to use a local Cabot business to support my town. Terry at Cellular Accessory Superstore texted me promptly as soon as my part was ready and he had my phone crack-free and ready to go in an hour and a half. He was slammed so I was seriously impressed! The phone looks brand new and I couldnt be happier. Everyone there is as nice as can be and the prices are great. I brought my iPad to get the screen replaced. Very friendly and helpful. I was charged 109.95. I continued to have various problems and brought it in several times to get the home button fixed and various other problems. In the end, they had to put another screen on it. They did not charge me for the second screen and refunded my first screen! Talk about great customer service! I told them I didn’t want them to refund the screen, but they insisted. Great folks and great customer service!!

I got off work late and they closed at 6. But I told them my situation, where I couldn’t be back in the morning because I had to work before they opened and they were willing to stay late and help me out. And their work is awesome. I go through a lot of screens so I’ve been to a lot of cell phone repair stores and I will not go to any other one than the cellular accessory store in Cabot. They are the most friendly and helpful people I know especially after hours. I get it it’s aggravating people trying to come in last minute when your trying to go home but it didn’t bother them one bit because they were there to help me and THATS A GREAT BUISNESS. When your like that I highly recommend them

I’m very grateful for these guys. Several of our iPhones weren’t charging and I thought that I needed the charging ports replaced, and possibly the batteries. A gentleman cleaned out the charging ports for me (pocket lint) and now they are working great again. They laughed and joked with me while helping, which made being in their shop all the more pleasant. I offered to pay and they politely told me there was no charge.I appreciate them helping me get my problem solved without charging me a dime, when at first I thought I was going to have to buy all new phones.I need a new screen for one phone and I’ll be bringing it to them.Thank you so much for the great service!

My phone would not charge. This store put a charging port in for me. When I talked on my phone everyone said it was muffled. Took it back and guy said a little glue was on the microphone part .Now you can only talk on speaker. I would not suggest this place to anyone!!! Beware

I walked in to ask for an IPhone 6 screen replacement, and it all just went uphill from there! The Person was very nice and knew what he was doing, it costs me $100 for a screen replacement and only $30 for a new front camera! This place is definitely a must go to when you crack your screen. I was a little nervous about this place when I read the reviews, but turns out they were wrong! The wait time was extremely fast, Only 30 min to fix! Beware business is not handled normally here.I took my iPhone 6+ here that my cousin had repaired for me by them 36hours ago due to a large black spot in the display and asked nicely for half of my money back and letting them just keep their faulty display.After going back and forth a couple times I was threatened with the (owners) badge and military background as well as the police and I said okay I hope the few dollars is worth an unhappy customer and an honest negative review as I was walking out.The (owner) of this fine establishment then follows me to my truck slams his hands on my driver door as I get in and says listen here Im about to fix you up.I sat there in my vehicle looking at him wondering why he was offering to fix me up when he couldnt even fix my iphone nor offer me a customer friendly solution.So do yourself a favor and get your products fixed at a proper repair facility or the Apple store which actually charges less than this place and uses original parts with a proper warranty.

I do a little phone flipping on the side and took an iphone 6 in there awhile back because I was told when I bought it from somebody that all it needed was a new LCD display.So I brought it in there and they told me it was completely shot and that they would buy it off of me for parts for 50 bucks. I said no and sold it on Ebay for parts. The buyer emailed me a couple days later and told me all he had to do was replace the LCD and it worked perfectly.I literally lost out on a couple hundred bucks because these guys lied to me. Im guessing so they could make a good buck on it. I mean just read these other reviews.... These people are the worst. Go somewhere real.

The owner of this store is rude and hateful he yelled at me and called me a wench in front of my child over a phone that I bought 3 months ago and it started messing up he would not make it right all he would do was a $100 store credit so I had to pick from more junk that was overpriced and did not work I also saw the phone right back in the case to be sold even when I told him it was messed up. it will freeze up or just shut off just start shouting at you while listening to pandora all kinds of things. I could not believe the way I was treated I will never step foot in this store ever again.

Took my Samsung cell phone to this store for a cracked screen. They fixed the screen but broke the back of the phone while repairing. They said they would fix the phone for free and give me a call when the part came in. Its been three weeks have not heard from them and every time I call the store no one picks up.
