I know this review is long overdue but it was Ron who helped us in getting the vehicle we wanted. After 6 weeks from not getting any responses back from the sales staff, I had read the reviews on the website and Ron was the only person replying back. I knew he was the person to contact and Im glad I did! It was worth the 2 hour drive to finally get the vehicle wed wanted! Adam is filled with so much knowledge, and not only that but is caring about making sure you stay in your price range along with what is going to benefit you in the long run. Adam will always find the perfect car for you. He takes the time to walk through every single function the vehicle has, you can tell he doesnt come to work just for a paycheck. He truly genuinely loves his job, customers, and being a salesman. His personality is out of this world. If I owned my own dealership I would hire him in a heartbeat. I like the assistance received from Donovan at Fox Toyota of Cadillac MI and the work he did in locating a new Highlander for us. He kept us well informed during the entire process. All price negotiations were handled efficiently over the phone. I did my homework ahead of time and knew what price and trade in value I was looking for. I appreciate the fast, friendly. transparent and no hassle signing process with Donovan when we came in to complete the deal. He ran through all the features of our new car, set up our Toyota App connectivity and answered all of our questions. It was great not to have to sit through any high pressure sales pitch for extended warranties, wax job, etc.

UNTRUSTWORTHY. Slimy customer service; Pushy. Sold me a used truck that started leaking in the rear axle a week after I bought it. Took them over a month to fix it. All the while dealing with their team of dunces; poor communication. Then a month later find it wasnt a full fix of the issue. Had to drop $3300 on repairs two months after getting it. These Toyotas sell themselves. This dealership has crumby service and sales personal. Take your money elsewhere! Real cute how the owner responded to my google review but wont respond to my emails.
The sales rep, Donovan, was quick to respond to my online inquiry. He answered all my questions and was friendly; helpful. Also, Gordon, finance manager, was efficient and thorough in explaining my agreement. I was pleasantly surprised there were no issues. Both contacted me several times on the phone prior to my arrival to make sure everything went smoothly considering I was driving 3 hrs to pick up my truck.

Best Socially Distanced Purchase EVER! Fox Toyota of Cadillac had a great selection - we were able to choose our perfect vehicle off the lot. The sales staff was knowledgeable and quick to respond via email and text. The purchase was technology driven - we were able to communicate via email and text without needing to visit the dealership. Picked up the new car in a 15 minute in-person visit. Best experience EVER! Plus the Toyota Rav4 Limited Hybrid is the quietest, most well-equipped car we have ever owned. Highly recommend!
Very helpful and accommodating staff. I didnt have to go to the dealership for anything. My salesman worked with me over the phone and via email to get everything squared away, he even delivered my new vehicle to my home some 50+ miles away from the dealership.
I write few reviews but in this case because of my recent experience with Fox Toyota and Sales Representative David Sparks I felt I should in some way try to reciprocate for the genuine interest, patience and effort afforded to me and my situation. Im a retired guy who enjoys his car and driving. I had my mind set on a certain model but equally important to me, equipped in a certain way. While I live over an hour and a half from Cadillac and have a Toyota dealer closer to me, my experience with that dealer and their sales representative was congenial but not productive in finding a match. Enter Mr. Sparks whom I assume just happened to pick up the phone when I called. I should say that my entire transaction was conducted by phone, something that others concerned with our national health issues may take note. Finding the car was difficult and time consuming but David sensing how important it was to me didnt relent. He was also helpful in explaining financing options and securing best situation for my budget and life style. Thank you David Sparks and the all the folks at Fox that helped to make me a very satisfied customer..
I purchased a 2013 Toyota RAV4 from them about 2 year’s ago and recently traded it in at a different car dealership in June, and I have been calling them sense July leaving my name and number for them to call me back on receiving my gap insurance reimbursement, if you buy a car from them I HIGHLY SUGGEST you do NOT purchase a Service contract or gap insurance, because they will not get back to you and have horrible customer service.
My rear window would not return to the up position, and they got in the next morning and had it fixed the following day when the part arrived. They even gave me loaner since the part was running late so I could run the errands I had planned.
Excellent service advisor, multi point inspection and estimated costs. Waited at the dealership and everything was done in an hour

Friendly, courteous sales staff & management. No pressure laid-back atmosphere. The fellow I dealt most directly with was open, honest and helpful answering my many questions & concerns, walking me through the entire buying process without making my wife & I feel rushed. This was especially noteworthy since we were traveling a long distance (3 1/2hrs) to find/buy the Tacoma I wanted. In general, a very relaxed business atmosphere; the opposite of what many would expect from a car dealership. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a positive buying experience.

Love the dealership and service department i even drive an hour 1 way to get service there, however after I hade my tires rotated the car vibrates going down the road. I feel balancing should be included when rotating them.
Best Toyota Service ever! Our truck is 9 months old and had a Transmission issue that required immediate service. Our local Toyota dealer had a 3 week service backlog and was unable to help us. When we called Fox Toyota of Cadillac - 40 miles away - Bryon the Service Manager said if we could get the truck towed there he would work us in as soon as possible. Not only that he helped us get a vehicle to use in the meantime. Best service experience from Toyota ever. We will be back soon for normal service.
Purchased 2 cars from them in 1 1/2 years. First was good hence the second.The service department is the worst. Car still under warranty and have to ask 4 times to fix the seat belts. Had to ask 3 times to change the phone number on file. Car has rust on the back and I have asked about it multiple times. I got looked at today and they said “ I did t know about any rust” I looked at Melissa and said “ you took pictures with tour cell phone” then I got the oh ok ya I remember.I am to get oil change and tire rotation at the same visit, every 5k miles. I was told that was wrong it was every other visit for tire rotation. I told the service tech thank you.Then I was told by Melissa that she didn’t appreciate my attitude and didn’t need my business. I didn’t really have an attitude, very irritated until that comment. Then I got some attitude. Told her that if the service department did their job the first time then I wouldn’t be irritated. She said that she was tired of my attitude and the way I am when I come in. And again I say do it right the first time or find someone who canNever again will I purchase anything from them. I have 1 oil change left and I’m done!!!The only reason I am giving 1 star is our salesman was great, however he has left for another dealership so I’m out too

Great experience with Salesman David Sparks. He was patient with me while I was getting information to my credit union, he was very positive, and I had 100% of his attention through the whole ordeal. He filled the gas tank and made sure that I had a great experience! Plus if you’re a huge coffee drinker, bonus he has a coffee machine at his desk! I definitely recommend!

Very good service department but somewhat long in the tooth for an oil change and tire rotation. Good people and great attitude toward the customer.
We scheduled an appointment to get the airbags on our 4runner replaced per the recall, drove an hour and 10 minutes only to be told they werent sure they had the parts needed. After checking we were told we got lucky as they have the part.We had been told there would be a loaner vehicle available and the repair would only take an hour. Guess what? No loaner and its a 2.5-3 hour repair!
Me and my wife were looking for a Rav4 for her snd the salesman Rob was amazing. Found my wife an absolutely beautiful Rav4 and by the way it was her favorite color. Amazing team at Fox Toyota in Cadillac. I will be returning when I need to get a vehicle also.
Had my first scheduled service visit on my new (to me) Toyota. The mechanics knew their stuff and the manager didnt try to hard-sell anything I didnt want or need. Very positive experience and will return for future maintenance visits.
After frame recall on my toyota tacoma i was having alternator issues they ended up charging me $400 for an alternator sent me home and still had the issue. Ended up bringing it back and it was just loose wires they didnt tighten up fully when they swapped my frame.
These people are super helpful and friendly. I had lots going on, and my vehicle had an issue that needed quick help, and they pulled strings to get me quick help
Well, a little miss communication. But once I put my foot down. They worked with me. Just next time say what you said and dont change it up, when you get to fiance manager. But besides that all good.

I had just hooked up my travel trailer and my electric brakes were not working. Even though I did not have a appointment the service manager had two technicians come to my truck to trouble shoot the problem. Even though they were not able to repair the trailer they checked the entire truck wiring.
The people were so friendly and followed up on questions, etc., in a way that showed they truly wanted to make our experience a good one. They always smiled, and they went the extra mile to make sure we were getting our needs met. Very unusual in this day. We are so happy to be able to do business with them. They are a joy to work with! We definitely will tell others how great they are.
Hard to believe it takes a week to get a single part in! They definitely dont have Amazon Prime lol.

Leased a Toyota Prius from here back in 2013. The process was smooth, did most of the deal over email, even ordered the color. They did a thorough job of going over the car, maybe even a little too thorough, took over an hour to take ownership of the car. They sure try to shove extra insurance at you! All in all, staff here, including the service garage when I needed service on the car were friendly and knowledgeable.
My Husband and I had previously purchased a car from Fox Toyota and loved it. For our new car, we decided to get a different type of car and visited another dealership. After having a horrific experience and being treated like we didnt matter, I went back to Fox. There team went the extra mile to make my husband and I feel like we mattered. Although their free loaners were all checked out, my car had a service recall, oil change, inspection, and tire rotation done within about 2 hours. They have a nice lounge area and a subway across the road. They even brought out my air filters, asked if I wanted them replaced and told me the price for each. I will never recommend or go to Fox Toyota of Cadillac again! My parents took their Camry there to get serviced a day before driving it to Florida for the winter. They were told that the engine was junk and they would never make it to Florida in their car. A salesman kindly overcharged them for a new 2019 RAV4 that didn’t even have a working GPS system. They also sold them every un-necessary warranty they offered. Working with the Fox Toyota staff about these problems was a nightmare! They offered my parents $500 trade-in for the Camry but thank God they didn’t take that offer. We just had the Traverse City Toyota dealership do a compression test on the Camry and the engine is in perfect condition. So apparently they told my parents it was junk just to get them to buy a new car. What a SCAM!!! I totally think Fox Toyota is taking advantage of senior citizens! So SENIORS PLEASE BEWARE!!!
The service attendants are friendly and knowledgeable. They go the extra mile to see to that you are comfortable while you wait for the vehicle with even warm fresh cookies, fruit, deep cushioned couches etc. What a nice experience. Cost of service is comparable to other dealers except Traverse City where it is outrageous. I deeply appreciate Fox Toyota of Cadillac.

No integrity here. I drove 1 1/2 hours to look at truck and decided to buy it. It needed to be looked at by service so they were going to get back to me the next morning. I did not receive any communication all day. I left voicemails and emails to find out that they sold the truck on me after I left. DO NOT do business with them!

I came back from vacation to a dead battery in my car. After I got it started, I took it to Fox to have the battery checked out, since it was old. I found that I did need a new battery. It was done quickly, so I was able to be on my way.

Bought a 2010 Toyota from Fox in October 2013. The owners manual had extreme water damage making it literally unusable. We were assured when we picked up the SUV that they would mail us a new manual. Almost two months now and still no owners manual after numerous calls and emails. They actually told us weeks ago it was going out in the mail that day. We have had great experiences with Fox in Grand Rapids but we wont deal with Fox in Cadillac again. This is such as stupid small thing, why wont they send us an owners manual? It makes me think that once they sell the vehicle they dont care about you as a customer anymore. If we cant get an owners manual, what kind of service would be we get if something really went wrong? I would suggest you look elsewhere.

Simple oil change & tire rotation today but they were on time, wait in the lounge was pleasant and several employees interacted with customers.
A few months ago my husband purchased a rear seat cover for our 2017 Tundra. We had them install it for us. After waiting just over 2 hours for it to be completed they charged us 1.5 hours labor. When I went to install the carseats back in the vehicle I noticed they didnt even install it properly around the headrests. Fastfoward to today when I needed to wash the seat cover. It literally took me less than 30 minutes to remove two carseats and the seat covers and then reinstall the seat covers and both carseats. What a fricken ripoff. Will never trust or recommend them again!

I was looking to buy a used Toyota Prius, and my boyfriend has always raved about Fox, so I decided to go through them. They had the exact one I wanted, the financing process was smooth, all the representatives were more tha willing to answer questions, and they set me up with a great deal.Had the vehicle for about a day and realized the AC was leaking water. I called to see if they would cover the repair since I hadnt had the vehicle long, and they were fine with that. Brought it in and had to wait for the repair to be finished, and it didnt take long. The staff are all great and very satisfaction oriented. I would suggest them to anyone.
Awful experience with Fox Motors of Cadillac, have had nothing but problems with the lemon they sold me. From the botched title, to the countless pre-existing problems Ive had since buying my truck, would not recommend this dealership. Been a total nightmare for me, negligence is the word that comes to mind when I think of Fox Motors of Cadillac.
