Called the store center at 10 am and again at 10:20. No one answered. I was looking for 4 new tires but went else where

Ok, charged for disposal, yet I took the tire.

Told me they had 4 tires. I drove there and they could only find two tires. Then they said that I would have to have them changed somewhere else because they were closed at 4 oclock. Signs and website said 7 oclock and never mentioned anything about closing early during our phone conversation.

Came in about an hour before closing time (which we all know is a pain in the backside at any job) for a standard oil change and got nothing but the best, helpful, and friendly service. They made me aware of where they were at progress wise, answered any questions I had and were extremely polite. Im from the south and I must say Ive never seen that kind of Southern Hospitality quite this far north. I would highly recommend!

Ive been going here for years for oil changed because they are friendly, thorough, and they do a great job! All that and inexpensive also!

Good prices. Great workers. They treat you with respect here. If they notice that something needs to be replaced on your vehicle while they are doing an oil change then they will let you know right then and there and give you the option of having them take care of the other issue (s) while your vehicle is there for an oil change. I have never had a bad experience here. This is a great place to go to.

Good price on tires but remember that they only do all four tires in the building otherwise buy the tires and do it yourself.

Today I went in needing to get lawn mower oil. I googled it which gave me an incorrect answer. I was nervous so I asked at the auto center. The employee John was very helpful he said I could use that but it wouldnt be the best for the engine he explained to me that car oil is different than lawn mower oil he then pointed out the lawn mower. He walked out to my car that was parked outside the auto center and looked at the mower just to verify it was the correct oil. He rang up all my items for me in the back so I didnt have to go up to the front he was very friendly and helpful. Which is a breath of fresh air compared to the Big Rapids Walmart Auto Center

They are desperately in need for more staff. The wait time is very long due to the staff running back and forth between the front counter and the back shop area. I saw two people walk away while waiting to inquire about tire prices because they were waiting over 20 minutes.

Yes a good place for an oil change. They even vac out the car!.

I want to give zero stars if possible. I called to make an appointment and I was told I needed 24 hours to make an appointment. I asked if they could please look and see if there were openings and there were four separate openings. I took a 9:00 appointment then a half hour later they called me and said there policy changed and they are no longer accepting appointment and told me it was first come first serve. I let them know on the phone how terrible that was to do a customer who is attempting to use your services and only got “I’m sorry” and no compromise for a resolution. Very disappointing.

I had an appointment, but it took forever to get checked in for a battery replacement. Then it took an hour to change the battery. Way too long!

Great place for oil changes and tires

Picked up basic auto supplies and a few groceries

Was told I couldn’t make an appointment waited 3 and half hours for 4 tires. After being told it would be an hour same thing they told every other customer that came in the door good price on tires but bad service all around

Got what I needed at a good price

Bought a battery yesterday and it was the wrong size. Called today to have them replace it...not happening. They said they wouldnt replace it or give me a refund. Unacceptable never ever use them again.

I waited 45 mins past my appointment then staff was rude when i asked if my car was done
