This was my first time purchasing a luxury vehicle he recommended a BMW X1 and the presentation from Alexis was very informative, well spoken, and explain all details to maximize the use of the car. I purchased a BMW X1 at a great price and they worked with my budget! The manager was very attentive and friendly. Its not just a dealer, there a family. They ask for $$$ for Document fee that they are supposedly going to reimburse you to tell you that we cannot approve nor can we return the money you paid ... pillage at its best

Irresponsible they sold me a car that did not work and to top it off as we did not want to wait two weeks or more for another they said that we broke the contract and they kept me with 500 that is not done I do not recommend them

SCAMMERS and DECEPTIONS, they make you sign without warranty, and the car has a damaged engine and other additional problems. expenses that we had to pay about 7k, and they did not help us. To sell they move the sky but for problems that they knew or answer you. VERY CAREFUL, TRUST WAS THE BIGGEST MISTAKE.
