What a great experience we had with this particular location. We were on our way to a birthday party and my wife was able to get an appointment on short notice. She had her make up done and was 100% satisfied with the results. I’m not always happy with how other ladies have done her makeup. Leila was FANTASTIC!!! I highly recommend her if you’re looking for a very glamorous yet natural look!!! Thank you Leila ;)

Such a knowledgeable & friendly staff. I am pumped about my new purchases as I’m trying a different skincare product for the first time in 4 years. You know, “mature” skin moves. 😩They were so kind & so helpful to let me browse the store with a personal shopper-like experience. I’m so grateful as these days we are so confined & regulated that human interaction seems foreign.A wonderful staff, a memorable experience. I will absolutely return when it’s time to restock my medicine cabinet. 😊

Got today Yves Saint Laurent -eau de parfum(Guys make sure you buy Eau de Parfum it lasts longernot Eau de Toilette!Also got Kiehls moisturising cream.Amazing costumer service and a great place.

Is not bad. But really doesnt have any men products. The problem is once you find something that works for a male they do not carry it a month later. Is predominantly a female store.

Theyre low on stock on a lot of their popular items. Its after lunch so Mb thats the reason their staff seems low on energy.

Terrible experience!I went to the store for professional help finding some products. Unfortunately they don’t want to work, they are not interested! So sad that Sephora goes so low and down. Only professionals should work at a beauty store with love and care for makeup beauty and customers. Especially in Calabasas. No chance. At the end they sold me a product that was OLD and had the highest price of all. It was runny like water and had a white film. Not normal for a foundation at all. Such a shame. Be aware and careful of your face and skin with old products. I will never waste any more of my valuable time in this store, at least not this location. It’s super sad what Calabasas has to offer lately. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied. A shame that they thought they can sell me a old product. I am from Europe and I’m only used to super high quality standards, especially in the beauty industry. I better buy my products in my hometown Munich with excellent professional help.

Nice to go back in to a store. Abit of a line going in, but it moved quickly. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Following protocol. Customers could be more patient. Thanks for being open. The more people follow protocol the sooner everyone gets to open back up.

Love the store it’s not as big as other Sephora’s but usually has a good stock of everything. An associate with long curly dark hair was a bit rude when we were ready to get checked out and she saw us waiting for someone to help and she just chose to ignore us and continued looking at her phone. Then after about 3 mins of us standing there she said” I’ll help you” no apology for having us wait for her, nor a “I’ll be right with you” ... nothing. She doesn’t seem so happy working there so I don’t know why she even bothers. I’ll make sure to ask someone else to check us out at the counter next time we are ready, didn’t get her name, plus she had no name tag.

So came here today. Store looked sort of empty. Its a small store so cant really complaint. I was going to return some items that i purchased on line. They said if i did an exchange i could get 10% off so i exchanged it instead. Ladies very nice and attentive.

I felt an instant flow of negative energy as soon as I stepped in the store.I was with a Caucasian American friend and me and that friend walked around together and split apart for about 5 minutes tops.I was instantly followed (stalked) by a worker, it aggravated me coming from Chicago and hoping that a store that I like isnt racist in another city... WRONG!Oh P.S: my friend wasnt bothered at all. She (the worker) came up to him once he said and then she roamed around. And didnt bother him after.

Love this place, they have a huge variety of make up and the employees are amazingly helpful

The visit to Sephora always satisfactory, an excellent service, this is a store that I would like to visit, even though I have 2 Sephora stores closer to my house. I dont know if the manager is a tall lady, but she is an excellent person.

How strange it is to go to this store during quarantine, there is no familiar smell of perfume. You cant try anything, just looked bought and left ... It became not interesting, the meaning disappeared, I can also look at Anazon to buy and not go anywhere.
