My husband and I are SUPER impressed with the service we received from First Choice Collision in Caldwell. Our Tundra got slammed into by a deer and damaged the bed and back passenger door. Nate and his team did an amazing job repairing and replacing trunk door and bumper where someone hurriedly backed into me in a parking lot. The frame of the bumper was pushed out of shape by the impact affecting the trunk as well. The resulting repair was seamless. My car looked brand new again. Thank you 1st Choice Collision for the silver lining after going through the stress of sweating the damage done to my car.

Richard worked on my 2014 Ford Focus after I got into a fender bender, in which my bumper, absorber pad, and impact bar all needed replaced. I can’t reiterate enough how great of a job he did! The parts came in very quickly, and he finished the job one day earlier than when he originally said the project would be complete! Very professional, and very hard working! I 100% would recommend this business to anyone!

Wow they did an amazing job from start to finish. Richard helped me and from the start he was able to just walk me through the process. Got into a wreck. Just needed a good look over, a bumper, and some headlights. THEY forgot to tighten my caliper bolts down and one flew out on the freeway, Didn’t check my steering arm “trucks like this usually have bad steering” Yeah your right, when you hit a car at 40mph that ran a stop light, its gonna have bad steering and its your job to check it. Took over a month when they told me no more than 2 weeks. Terrible.

I Love the People at First Choice in Caldwell I’ve used their services twice and each time was impressed with the excellent work they did on my vehicle.Nate always listens to my concerns and makes sure to stay on top of all work being performed. He’s a great guy! And David did all the work on my vehicle and continually kept me in the loop with frequent phone calls about how things were progressing. The employee that initially took care of us was absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful. We left our vehicle at the shop and when we went back on a different day to retrieve some things out of the vehicle, the vehicle had been rummaged through. All of the belongings in my car were scattered on the seats and floor and some of my belongings were missing, including my jumper cables and Armorall wipes. When we told the receptionist at the front desk, she did not seem surprised. She went to the back and came out with my things. No explanation or apology was given. I dont know if helping themselves to my belongings is a normal part of business, but we left feeling like we were taken advantage of.

Very unprofessional tore my car apart for a estimate and did not put back together. Customer service was not good at all not friendly or helpful. Would not recommend to anyone.

My car actually Looks way better than it did before my accident. Did not expect them to wash and detail my car as well I am so happy with the quality work that was done. Date was set to have truck returned. Due date was missed, bad broken parts in shipping was the excuse that was given. Headlights out of adjustment, lose bolts in front bumper, front bumper not aligned at all to the grill or fenders.plastic trim around bumper not even close to fitting right for the bumper. Will be taking it back to have it fixed right. Did pick it up after hours and called their after hours hotline. Don’t try to call because it doesn’t work

Honestly, i was skeptical About taking my car any where. I needed somewhere fast and a place I could trust with my life line. I could not have choose a better place. My Jeep Cherokee is my pride and joy and they took exceptional care and even returned her spot less. Very great work from the body shop and paint team. I’m picky, very picky, and when I picked up my car I was very impressed that the bumper fit great and the color matched the quarter panels. Only downfall through the whole process was the lack of communication by the estimator. I would’ve liked to have been updated throughout the process. Nate the manager was a great help and did apologize for the lack of communication. I would recommend this shop.

The Caldwell shop repaired my pickup after I was t-boned in June. The work is superb, done sooner than promised, and working with Sam we were able to save my insurance company money and upgrade some parts. He maintained contact with me throughout the process and updated me every few days. My pickup turned out better than I expected knowing the damage done in the collision. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend First Choice to anyone looking for body work and paint.

I got a call from them saying my truck was ready to take home, i found out that brand new emergency break didnt work properly, they have to take my truck inside shop to take care of it.When they finally fixed, i notice that my brand new bumper wasnt aligned properly, driver side it had 1 inch gap, passenger side it was perfect 1/4.AGAIN they have to take my truck to fix the problem.Front bumper, headlights & fog lights with Grease all over them.At first his solution was to fill my tank with gas!!!!!.

They finished 2 days early with my Buick.Updated progress daily via text and, from what I have seen they did a super job with my front end. Even better my settings werent changed or lost. Only reason i didnt give a 5 is that would have to be above & beyond normal--like cleaning the inside, etc.Overall, I would recommend.

First Choice went above and beyond for me after my wreck. They took the time to look through my whole vehicle after being rear ended and found some unbelievable damage. From my car being dropped off to me signing release once was found out it was totalled the experience and communication from them was none other than amazing! Hopefully wont need any repairs on my new car but if so I will be back.

He explained what they will be doing and the timeframe they were looking at. I got my truck back a week earlier than expected. While the shop had my truck, I got text and phone call updates which I greatly appreciated. My truck looks better than before. This is an awesome shop that I highly recommend.

I went in for a quote, not an insurance clain I was paying out of pocket, I was told I would get an email, 2 weeks later I called and said I had not heard anything and no email, i was told Your quote is here but I will have someone call you right back so I dont give you miss information, that was almost another 2 weeks ago, very unprofessional.I will be taking my business elsewhere.

First Choice Collision done a good job on the painting of my van, however the things they ruined or didnt put back properly has been thing after thing. They even ruined the condenser to my air conditioner when they replaced my bumper. Costing me a lot of money to fix. 😡
