Im new to the coffee world and the service was so great! Very pleasant atmosphere and nice staff! The coffee was a little strong for me (again Im a newbie 😜) and the croissant was better than average. Although the coffee was strong it wasnt bitter, definitely a full flavored roast.

Coffee is far too sweet for me. I just got a mocha and it has so much sugar in it I feel like Im having a sugar high. When I order coffee I want the main flavor taste of coffee, not sugar.

This is a wonderful coffee shop! Its decor music, and gifts are suited to the tastes of the modern teen. One thing thats awesome, is that their drinks can come in ceramic cups, so its really cost and authentic. They also have really cool late art for all of their hot drinks. I had a sugar free peppermint mocha, and it was superb. It even had a swan latte art design on the top. The coffee was pretty strong, and rich.

Flying M Coffeeshop is the best place to get coffee in the treasure valley. All locations have friendly, knowledgeable staff. A cool atmosphere. And of course excellent coffee. The pastries and brunch items are made in house and all delicious. Get away from Dutch Bros and Starbucks and see what a coffee shop is supposed to be.

Me and my friend walked here for coffee one morning from our work. I was disappointed they didnt have sugar free pumpkin spice but I got sugar free peppermint hot chocolate and that was very delicious. I did notice that the barista was wearing a t-shirt from a local artist in Boise who just won the PDR beer contest for the year it was really awesome to see him supporting her.

Some of the best coffee you can get, along with a more hippy type atmosphere, and in a convenient location next to Indian Creek. They have a great selection of pastries, cookies, muffins, etc. to go along with your coffee as well. Save time on the fancy coffee places...and come here to actually have an enjoyable time from a local business.

I finished my scone and all but a little bit of my latte. I asked for an inch or less of black coffee to heat up the last bit of latte. I was told that I guess just this time, I would usually have to charge for this.Are you kidding?Latte and scone were fine and person at the register was nice.

My absolute favorite Cafe. I always get their jasmine tea, but their coffee is rich and flavorful as well. They have a wide selection of fairly priced drinks and baked goods of superlative quality. I strongly recommend visiting if youre in downtown Caldwell!

I ordered my coffee, left a tip, and then he made me go outside because I was not wearing a mask and I explained I was handicapped with asthma and emphysema and couldnt breathe with it on. Ok, they have Breves but dont know how to make toasted marshmallow. The only ones that seem to know how to make a good breve is Dutch Bros. Those kids are the best

My family and I have gone to this shop regularly since they opened in Caldwell. The service has never been great, but we appreciated having a nice coffee shop downtown. We are done now.The arrogance of requiring masks when neither SW District Health nor Canyon County require it, while providing mediocre service, and expecting this community to continue supporting this business, is astounding. This is especially so considering how absurd it is to allow people sitting down not to wear masks while requiring it for people who are standing. It is either political theater or a complete facade for the illusion of safety. Either way, Ill be taking my familys business elsewhere.::EDIT::I walked out this morning because they were taking FOREVER to get peoples orders in. I was in line for like 10 minutes behind 2 other customers.

For a progressive coffee shop they seem to not be able to do anything but exactly what is on the the menu.Came back 4 months later. The service was very odd. This time I was only there for food as I had found out previously that they dont do coffee the way I want. They do however have a large selection of GF pastries and breakfast options.Good food options but today the staff was distracted and seemed to not really care much. They warmed up the food and left it in the microwave while ignoring us for quite awhile.If there is someone standing awkwardly at the pickup counter for an extended period they are probably waiting for staff to complete the order. When staff looks past you and doesnt interact with you while you are kind of stuck there it is not inviting.

If you want the BEST coffee in Caldwell, head to Flying M. The staff is extremely knowledge and friendly. They also have a large selection of eats. The Scones are fantastic! Lots of Favors... Homemade Oatmeal with walnuts, raisins, and blue berry is my goto breakfast! Atmosphere is very friendly and a great place to meet with friends, clients and meet some great people!

This Flying M is always a favorite for me. Its got great ambience and customer service. You can always pick up some delightful gifts as well. Go ahead.. treat yourself!

We used to go here all the time, went in there the other day to get a treat and were promptly kicked out for not wearing masks, not sure how covid knows not to infect you when youre sitting and drinking as opposed to standing. So we went over to Soda Burst and had a fantastic cookie without issue.

Great location! It was extremely busy on a Sunday night but they were super nice and fast! My americano was delicious, they had stevia packets which I liked. Definitely wanna go again and take a better look around the gift area, maybe try something from the bakery case, everything looked very yummy!

I always love the environment here! The staff are friendly, its never crowded and a great place to train my people on how to use their systems.

Wanted to meet up with a new friend and he recommended this spot in Caldwell. I HAD NO IDEA this was even here! Its a wonderful coffee shop with ALOT of space either sitting at tables, booths, couches, or bar stools both inside and outside. Ive uploaded a picture of their current menu and the service was quick, professional and friendly. Definitely recommend this place and 5 stars from me for sure! The bathrooms are also clean and free to use!

Came across this gem accidentally looking for a Starbucks. I’ll be back because of the phenomenal service and quality product. No better way to stick it to the man aka Starbucks then to support local coffee shops. Love the psychedelic art work! Quaint product selection from coffee mugs to famous sayings. My girlfriend loves the quote, “well behaved women seldom make history.” She behaves poorly, so she must be making history. On to the next adventure, thanks for being a part of mine.

Moved here a couple months ago and we quickly fell in love with this spot. It has become our go-to thanks to their awesome staff, incredibly delicious options (including gf, non-dairy) and convenient online ordering. Thanks Flying M!

Flying M in nampa is great. The Caldwell location is horrible stuff was not friendly at all, coffee was barely worm instead of hot, and extra charges on flavors, extra charges on milk, I end up paying $7 for an Americano coffee. I couldnt finish my coffee because it was to cold to drink it. Ridiculous

Great coffee and staff! Moved back to Idaho after 15+ years of living in the PNW and I am so appreciative of having a Flying M nearby for my coffee stops. Great selection of fresh baked goods, even for folks like me who dont do dairy and gluten. The teff muffins are magic! We utilize their online ordering system which has been seamless. We place our order and its all ready when we arrive. No lines or waiting so we can get straight to work with delicious coffee in tow and all with minimal contact.Prices are on point. Were paying much less for similar items than we were in Seattle and PDX.And seriously, the nicest folks work here.

Mediocre at best. The coffees always burned, along with the food they cook there. Interesting people (all Im gonna say).The overall atmosphere is nice, though. Which is why I give it 3 stars. I wouldnt mind going there again. But its definitely not one of my favorite places in the world.

Ive lived in several states across the U.S. and hands down, Flying M is among the best. Their coffee is smooth and well roasted. Their sides and treats are phenomenal. Unique and many are whole ingredient. Granted some of their shops offer racy gifts, but they do censor some of the material. I have three children and always feel welcomed when I go into their coffee shop. All of their locations offer games and a little kids area, which is so refreshing. flying m is a treasure in our Valley! (pun intended but forrreal!)

I cannot imagine visiting this part of Caldwell, with no Flying M there. Always friendly, always well-crafted coffee drinks.

I love this coffee shop. The atmosphere is very relaxed and I love the whole plaza area. My favorite is their Market Spiced tea. Yum. Their chia tea is amazing too.

These guys do a great pour over the Burundi is fantastic, Cold Brew on Nitro is smooth and made from there espresso blend. Mix that blend with 1/2 &1/2 for a perfect comfort food dessert experience. Hot or cold its sure to please. There drip is worthy of a shout out as well. Great service, nice vibe, clean bathrooms! Overall YES 👍

Do you lust after turn of the century brick buildings with lots of light and high ceilings? Me too.This location is darling and it has a nifty little bookstore adjacent. The baked goods are tasty (no-bakes!) and they have a kitschy gift section to peruse while you’re waiting on your oat milk latte.Staff are always friendly and the vibe is worth poking your head in for no matter what time of year or day.

Every time that I’ve visited the Flying M, the coffee has been great and the gluten free goodies were yummy. I’ve enjoyed good service and a welcoming atmosphere. The numerous friends that have met me for coffee at the Flying M have loved the experience, as well. Thank you for being a part of Caldwell’s quaint downtown!

I love this place! It’s a great environment. The coffee is the best in Caldwell... and it’s my favorite place to do home work. The owners are amazing and the staff is super friendly. I’m going to be spending a lot of time here this next semester.

I am extremely impressed with this coffee shop. It has a friendly and non judgemental atmosphere that makes me feel so happy to experience. They have bakers here that make their own delectable treats and pastries. I ordered an iced dirty chai latte and was really blown away to learn that they also make their own chai. The baristas are so friendly and look like they actually enjoy being at their job. Anyone from all walks of life could come here and feel comfortable. Their plant wall is so cute and a really nice touch, as well as their eclectic yet efficient seating (complete with outlets for your laptops). They even have an awesome gift shop with thoughtful cards, childrens toys, dog toys, and unique trinkets. It warms my heart to see a small business thrive in our tumultuous economy, and Im proud to support it with my business and review. Thank you!

I love the coffee here. We are lucky to have flying m in Caldwell. I used to drive to Nampa.My gripe is the last two times Ive been here they did not add the extras I paid for to my drink. I didnt catch on until the second visit that they were not actually adding the customizations like cbd scoops or extra shots.Another thing is that they automatically charge you extra for house made caramel so if you want a caramel drink and dont care to pay an extra 25 cents for the fancy caramel then you have to specify. I have never once been charged for the regular syrup price when ordering a caramel drink. I wish they would try to up sell rather than automatically giving you the more expensive thing.Their reward system only gives you one star per purchase now.These are things I wish they would try to improve.

Milk was a bit too hot, a tad over 160. I recommend using a thermometer. The barista might have been new, which is ok, gotta start somewhere! I love the Flying M beans that they use, I wonder if they could bring the price down to what Treasure Valley Roasters does along with 16 oz bags.Treasure Valley Roasters still does better roast but I have to drive all the way to Boise to get them. Id swap to Flying M if they could be competitive.
