Firstly the girl who took my order was mumbling so quietly I couldn’t understand what she was saying when she took my order… then I get up to the window and i pay $14 for what I ordered, then AFTER I pay I’m told that they are out of what I ordered. Seriously…? So I was offered something else… then I pull out of the driveway sip on my coffee and it tastes like milk…so gross, no coffee flavor at all… not made how it’s supposed to be…. Straight up just cold milk with little to no coffee flavor at all. Are they not measuring correctly or even trained how to make coffee…? Then I open my food and it’s still plastic wrapped in the bag… made on September 2nd… it’s October 12th. Terrible experience and waste of $14… I order the same thing any time I go to Starbucks and everything was off this time. I am feeling super ripped off. Wasted my money…

This starbucks is hard to get into, but honestly WORTH the trouble. The staff is incredibly friendly and always upbeat. They have never messed up an order for me. I would 100% recommend them, just be patient with the parking lot Starbucks cant really help it.

I came there this morning to get some coffee before work and the customer service was amazing they were very kind and the girl at the window was so sweet I can’t remember her name I think it started with an E but both her and the guy taking my order had been very kind despite it being so early, made my whole morning better. The coffee and food was very good. I’ll definitely start coming to this location more often.

It has been twice I have came to this Starbucks. Both times the lobby and drive have been closed on normal opening times. The first time I came the sign said closed. For the second time, there was no sign in the drive thru saying closed, when we pulled up no one answered, no service, we waited. I went to go into the lobby but the doors are locked and there was employees in there but no one was answering. It was 1:30pm, there was no closed sign.

Overall a good experience. Foodd And coffee were good, customer service was fast and friendly and the prices werent too bad. Paid 13 dollars for a coffee and breakfast sandwich.

I moved here from the Portland area. And Starbucks is my Coffee Shop of choice for the last 10 years. Ive visited this Caldwell location a few times since I moved here and I have to say. The people are friendly and the Service is OK. Today I went in to get my normal Americano that I always drink at about 11.45 a.m. I walked in. Second person in line. Placed my order. Waited, as i was waiting. I watch the workers. There was a small line if cars outside. 5 to 6 people inside. One barista, 2 workers at the takeout window. One worker putting stickers on bottles. The Manager in the backroom washing??? Customers waiting inside looking frustrated including myself. Then i go to barista to ask about my drink.She says. I just got the order. This was 15 minutes. Then i told them. I come from Portland. This place is ???. And it wasnt even the morning..SAD.

Always helpful and friendly staff. Had myself a pumpkin spice iced latte, great start to fall.

Quiet, clean, and the workers were friendly. Coffee was great and loved the cake pops. Didnt care for the paper straws as mine fell apart immediately.

I live close to here so I go often. I got a vanilla soy chai latte as usual as I am very lactose intolerant. It said soy on the recipe on the drink and IT WAS NOT SOY!!!! I was very very sick for the rest of the day and all night. I will never order anything that they could mess up like that again. Bummer. Zero stars!

My experience has always been okay but this morning the attitude from the barista was a bit too much.

I have worked as a starbucks barista and always appreciate employees that can follow the recipes and give great customer service!

I recommend the ham an Swiss breakfast sandwich very good.

One person to 3 people in line but i dont know how many people or in the dive through. Amy stats there are no specials horrible customer relating to no specials mmm what kind of drink am i thinking about? First question. But Im not sure maybe when i tried to speak Spanish and she tried. But especial kinda soy da the same

This location needs a serious redo in training. Every. Single. Time. I come here, its has been nothing but milk. Friends and family have complained about the same thing, they have even made you guys remake the drinks. STOP USING SO MUCH CREAM AND MILK.

Omgosh! My coconut milk latte with sugar-free cinnamon dolce for my birthday today was the best ever .I will definitely stop by this location again when Im in the area!

In this store twice in two days. The table I was forced to seat at due to crowd still had not been cleaned on the second day. Even though the store was not full. Also served customers without mask. Won’t be back to this store.

Always reliable except for when you order an iced coffee. The recipe calls for sweetener. Theyve taken it upon themselves to change the recipe. Our order on that one item is wrong every single time. Other than that they are Awesome!

Great location & awesome crew! This Starbucks is a newer store and is very spacious. Lots of outdoor seating as well. There is a nice set of four soft, comfy chairs in a corner, right next to a community bookcase (take a book and/or leave a book).

My daughter and I experience that Starbucks was good. Service was fast. They did mess up on my daughters drink so they gave her the one she wanted and the one they messed up on give it to her for free. Which she liked a lot.

Always consistent, but this seems to always be their slowest location in the area.

Mobile app is great. Your stuff is paid and ready when you get there. Dont forget to buy some fresh ground coffee for home too! Always quality service and drinks.Only problem is you cant tip on the app. You still need to have cash for tip. :(

Good service but missing menu items from the Seattle area. I was really disappointed that I couldn’t get the grilled cheese on sourdough. That is the only reason I gave it 4 stars. Other than that the quality is great . I usually get the ice tea lemonade although around Christmas it is the Carmel brûlée latte.

I decided to place an order in store as opposed to ordering online like I usually do and they messed up my order not once but TWICE. I decided to test them to see if it literally had to be written down for them to understand and guess what I was right. I was even asked 4 times if my order was correct all 4 times having them repeat what I had said when I ordered and they still got it wrong. I’m very upset with this location.

Theres a bunch of cop sitting at a table, they never corrected me when I said something was a large, and the staff was friendly. if every single Starbucks around the planet took their cues from this store I would go more often.This is the first time I have given an overpriced coffee place 5 stars.

Went there instead is Dutch Bro’s to get a peppermint mocha. They were out of peppermint! I guess that is why this location never has a line while the Dutch Bro’s and Human Bean nearby are always packed. Lesson learned.

Dirty bathrooms . Caldwell if you want something nice like Starbucks appreciate it and keep it clean please .

Terrible service. They run out of items as you are in a long, slow line.

They know how to make a good Honey, Citrus, Mint Tea! 🍵 Cozy atmosphere, awesome staff and loved the addition of a community library!

Delicious drinks that you can mix up. Huge secret menu and a lovely environment. Every time I go to the drive thru my puppy gets even more excited than me because they treat him too with a puppaccino.

Its a coffee shop, its quiet, its clean, staff is friendly and i usually go a few times a month for some alone time because its pretty cozy.
