Staff is very friendly. Just need to get a bit more organized. Someone should be at check out counters and someone at the parts area. Instead of switching back and forth causing longer wait times just to pay for an item.

Always busy due to one of the best lifetime warranty when it comes to none dealer parts for auto repair

Ive been in the automotive business as a tech and in sales/service for over 35 years. One thing that really bothers me is when you are sold the wrong part, that means having to go twice when one trip should be enough. Sometimes a vehicle might take two or even three different parts ( in my case, a starter). Its up to the sales person to ask the right questions to get you the right part. What Im trying to say is, some of this sales people are not trained well. Not all is their fault. Up to management to train them as well.

This is a great brand store for auto parts and get your battery and alternator check for free. It also has free battery recharge no cost. Unfortunately the high volume of customers in the calexico store and poor management makes waiting times really long and sometimes neglect elder and disabled customer needs if they are not making a sale. Do not judge all stores for this one. Theres a great service AutoZone in 4th street in El Centro, right next to luckys super market. Tip: if you get neglected or denied a service, call the 1800 number in the way out door. AutoZone takes customers complains real serious.
