EDIT: I came back and was greeted by the same employee yelling at me for posting this review. Previously, he somehow got ahold of my phone number and called me while on vacation with my family to argue and yell once again. I dont know if this employee is the managers son or whatnot, but there needs to be repercussion.Horrible service, they will rob you of your money and deny your warranty even when provided with a receipt. Do not shop here, Guillermo Gonzalez is the one who attended us and he is mean-tempered and does nothing but argue with you.

Truth is Pep Boys in Calexico was my preferred automotive store but lately the customer service leave a lot to be desired for.The male employees, not all but the vast majority, are not forthcoming in providing good customer service,.. They all claim to be busy or they instruct the customer to wait by the item they need help with however they leave you waiting for quite some time.Im not planning on shopping there for any more of my automotive needs,.. And I wouldnt recommend this store either. Sorry, as far as Im concerned it went from four stars to one.

Horrible service... I was the only customer in the place, walked all over the aisles looking for what I needed, 2 attendants at the counter, busy or preoccupied sharing their cell phone displays with each other, neither one acknowledged my presence, and certainly did not offered any help!!!I gave up... On the way out, empty handed, the cashier was sitting down looking at his cell phone too, didnt even acknowledge me walking out!!!Fortunately, I walked just across the street to the competition and got the help I needed.

Terrible customer service. Needed patch.In a flat they would not.patch. Asked for air to get.home 3 blocks he said no. Told me he could put on new tire and just Bill avis. Just need a patch. Asked if could get air just to go to USA SoI would not have to ride on rim he said no. When I said I was going to call customer service he said get.off the property. I rolled on the rim 30 feet and the police showed up. Sat and watched us till we left.never going there again. The comments on this thread should be a red flag for corporate.

They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced including their manager juanito. Never going back to that pep boys be careful when you order online and pay online to pick up in store because they try to make you pay twice even after you get the ready to pick up notice saying that you already paid for the item when you placed your order. They make you feel like if you were an idiot that doesnt know what you are doing.

The clerks were really polite, helpful and their advice was effective.

I have an X5 serviced here for battery replacement. Workmanship is the worst i have ever seen. Broke the boot plastic coverings and others. I am not pleased with the way they treat my car. Very unprofessional wih the way they work..
