Not the best customer service but not the worst either. If you have any problem with any purchase, I recommend you take it with customer service on the phone rather than try to get it handled in person. They are not as understanding in person than they are on the phone.

The price for the two tires that I got was OK but it only included mounting them on the rims. Balancing them goes extra, this is completely ridiculous. Who mounts a tire without balancing it? The result was a costly repair and Walmart tries to weasel their way out of their responsibility.I wont go back ever, not to get out of the rain!

Horrible service, understaffed and rude employees, your better off driving the extra 10 minutes to el Centro Walmart. Save yourself a headache.

Super bad service. We took two company cars a month ago (February) and they could only service one because they had no information about the other car (KIA RIO 2020). I speak today and they tell me that if ONE MONTH ago they told me they didnt have it, they dont have it !!! I mean, he didnt even check. Appalling! Appalling! Terrible service!!!

Horrible service !!!! Very rude and irresponsible staff, I left my car for a tire change and rolling. I did not manage to go for it on the same day because they had already closed. They left my car outside with the windows down. When I ask who was the irresponsible they made the ball. The worst service ever received. Besides that they made me wait 40 more minutes to give me the keys to my car.Horrible service !!!!! The personnel was very rude and irresponsible. I left my car for a tire change and balance. I didnt have a chance to pick it up before they close. They left my car outside with the windows down. When I asked who was the person responsible, everyone blamed each other. THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. TO TOP IT OFF THEY MADE ME WAIT 40 MINUTES JUST TO PICK UP MY KEYS.
