Staff has always been friendly in this store. Ive been a customer for quite some time and I enjoy browsing everything they show. You cannot get the same feeling from eShop browsing, trust me. I have mostly found everything Ive looked for. Whether youre buying, trading, renewing, picking something up, GameStops got your back. Also, gotta love those exclusive gifts and $5 monthly, right?

I have been a costumer for so long. I have literally spend thousands of dollars and after everything... they wouldnt care less of costumers... extremely dissatisfied.I purchesd most of the limited edition product from gears 4. My console star malfunction and I try to use my warranty witch they almost told me is a fraud.I end up getting the Xbox x and paying a difference of $134.00Thanks gamestop. I will remain a loyal costumer.

Worst GameStop ever the store manager keeps the the most popular funko pops to himself or to the people he knows I wanted to buy the Kurama Gamestop exclusive funko pop and I had call and minutes before they closed and the manager the store and backroom and confirmed me they hadn’t received the funko pop and couldn’t hold items for anyone until they have received them in the store and the stores received only one for each. I went next morning minutes before they opened and I was the first one in and went straight to the counter and saw the funko pop on the counter. I told the employees that I wanted buy the funko pop and she told me that she couldn’t sell it to me because she was holding onto it for someone else. I told her how could that be if I call yesterday and the store manager reassured me that they couldn’t hold items until they reached the store. Then I thought that he had lied to me and did have it their since the Gamestop in Yuma were the ones who told me they had it in stock in the Calexico store. The employee told that no matter what she couldn’t sell it to me. The store manager their has agreements with people to buy the popular items only to resell on ebay or somewhere like the local store collection corner and they were reselling for over $100. Worst customer experience ever in this Gamestop!!!

Just to go there all the time. But honestly the prices are way to high most of the times and when they are competitive with other store the warranty is crazy expensive with them... Plus they look for excuse to avoid honoring it. Only good quality about this place are rhe workers. Relly good staff.

Made an order through them of a game with two discs and it came up incomplete for which I had to pay delivery (double checked the site, it was still being sold with 2 discs, it was a delivery screw up). When asked for a refund they didnt refund delivery so I basically gifted them around 8 dollars. I usually buy my games elsewhere since I just seem to find them cheaper almost anywhere else, but this time I thought I would give them a chance since the price for this specific retro game was 10 dollars under what I would buy it in Ebay. Bad judgement on my part. The game came caseless, incomplete, and way late than promised. This whole ordeal was a waste of time and money. DONT ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE. Guess some Gamestop shops are ok and do give assistance to their clients, specially in this kind of situations, but that wasnt the case here. Treatment was condescending and rushed, even though I happened to be attended by the manager. It wasnt a case of dealing with a long line of clients either since the store was empty when I came in, which is not surprising with that kind of service.

I went to do my shopping recently, Im from MXL, I can say that the young people there give you a super good attention, I dont stop anyone arrogant even though I get almost sweaty, the place is well located, good hygiene of the place and if you have any doubt believe me they will approach you and they will help you. Many or almost all of the boys speak English and Spanish so you have no problem going there. The only bad thing is that it is not so assorted but from there everything is fine.
