Big store, empty promises. The main hub for Sprint promised they could fix my phone here, when I arrived, they said they arent allowed to touch it. Left me having to hound the main line again. Also, one person in particular could tell the difference between a Klwp with stock theme set-up vs. a rooted phone. Kinda like pulling up to a car repair shop and they cant figure out whether you have a truck or sedan

Very bad signal for Imperial Valley. Calexico store lies, they tell you something when you buy and another thing after you are stuck with a worthless service. DO NOT GET SPRINT, it is no good and nothing ever gets resolved.

Was told would be open on a Sunday by sprint customer service, it is not. They dont open on Sundays. Been having issues with phone and service not the greatest in the valley. Feel let down
