Advantage Toyota helped me a year ago get warranty work done on my husbands’ Tacoma the other two dealers in “O” suburbs could not get straight. I needed a 90k service and brakes checked. I loved the inspection video! I felt confident the work being done was needed. No slippery service writers just a caring guy named Daniel. My service tech wanted to save me some money and reuse some brake parts how nice! I opted for new parts but thought trying to save the customer a few bucks was cool. It’s worth the drive to get honest people to work on your car. When it’s time for a new Toyota, Advantage will be our first stop!

I was pleasantly surprise no up sales no pressured repairs. I purchased my 2014 Camry here and was ready too just have them change the oil so that maintenance light can go out nothing more. I pulled into the bay of a clean cut courteous crew. My left light was out and I did have to soften my stands a bit. The price for oil and light change was reasonable. Overall the oil and light was changed in record time, the waiting area allowed for Covid separation, the staff would say hello as they passed and I was glad I decided to stay with Advantage Toyota of River Oaks.

As we were cleaning out the car, one of the mechanics offered us more money than the salvage yard!!There are still very good people in this world!!

The service was great and I was Greet it with a smile. The car is fixed by 9:30 or 10 oclock, but I couldnt come pick it up till the end of the day. I got there the young lady greeted me with a smile. It is perfect customer service.

The actual work was performed without a hitch. However, even though my tire pressure light was on, they didn’t put air in the tires & the so-called wash made my car look dirty (windows had spots that weren’t there when I brought it.) so, they’re slacking

Terrible experience at this dealership. Starts off with the ooopps we sold your car last night, but come check this car we have, goes to if you leave a deposit we’ll get u car by next few days. Here I am 2 weeks later and only because I call Leroy to give me update otherwise I would not hear from him . I ask for my deposit to be refunded because obviously they do not have a car for me to purchase and according to him I can come in for refund but only on certain day. I don’t think that’s fair or right so I call to speak to a manager 3 times even leaving my number the third time and as of yet I have not received a call back. Next phone call now is to their corporate office to make them aware of this ir negligent business practices

The was without a doubt one of the best experiences I’ve had buying anything.It started with Bernadette giving me a call to discuss what I wanted. I told her exactly what I needed and she said she would call me back and hung up. I honestly thought this was odd, because usually I’m told no and they try to be sell me on something else I cannot afford.Within an hour, Guy (sales manager) gave me a call to confirm what I needed and said he would run the numbers and get back to me. He called back about an hour after this and gave me my quotes and I agreed to come see the car based on what I presented to him about my car’s current state and the rates he gave me.When we arrived, we were helped immediately by Kevin, who promptly pulled up the car we wanted and insisted we take it for a test drive even though we were ready to buy the car and leave. I think this really showed he wanted to make sure we liked the car, even though the deal was practically already done.The sales manager Guy’s ballpark cost per month for my fiancé and I was off by less than a dollar and we immediately signed and bought a Rav 4 Hybrid.Mike from finance ensured we received the warranty that made sense for us and didn’t try to sell us on anything else.I honestly cannot say enough good things about everyone we worked with. Car buying is usually quite stressful with an extreme lack of transparency and this experience was the exact opposite.Thanks again, Guy, Kevin, Bernadette and Mike!

Im a 82 year old woman who has been taken advantage of by your Service Dept. I ve been bringing my car in for the same problem on 6 occasion since May of 2020. Im still having the same problem. Ive been charged over $4000.00 for the same problem that has never been resolved.After being a loyal customer for over 20 years, I feel that I have been taken advantage of. I will be contacting the BBB regarding this matter.

Id give a 4.5 if i could but 4 is the most. Everything was good but the planning was a bit off. I even got an appointment for a repair 2 hours and a half after the repair team had left, so i made a trip in vein.Other than that the service was good. The lady that attended me was very outgoing. :)

Dealership is a fraud I purchase a vehicle from them and 5 days later the dealership called and said bring the car back and I did now the problem is they said the bank not financing the vehicle which is a lie I have an open auto loan in my name with no car which was paid off by my main bank. So I’m out of a car and 50k please do not waste your time they will defraud you and blame it on the bank

I was in and out...I was offered a video to explain exactly what was going on with my vehicle...the service was absolutely excellent.

My experience was not a good one. We, my sister and I was told that the vehicle I purchased had all wheel drive, but doesnt. The sales person was more concerned about making a sale then finding out what my wants and need were. I even asked the next day on Sunday if I could Exchange the vehicle I purchased for A vehicle with AWD, The sales person said he would check the next daywhich was sent Monday and let me know. He never called, and when I called him Mike, he said the paperwork already went through at the bank, but I did not believe that because It was closing when I finished with the paperwork, and the next day was Sunday. I will never purchase a vehicle again from this location. I should have followed my first mind.
