Customers Service was not knowledgeable and seemed to only be motivated to add additional services to jack up the fees. Just bought car in May. Went in for second maintenance scheduled appointment for oil change and tire rotation but was nearly charged for an entire tune up. KIA cert inspection guarantees thats checked before care is sold. So far every visit becomes more expensive. This place is a rip off and whole staff seems to be in on it. Had to find my original sales person to prove i just bought the vehicle. π Told them my tires had already been rotated and they did it anyway puting all the tires back in the bad spots they were rotated fromπ΅. Terrible.

Its maddening to deal with the Kia Service department. When you bring your vehicle - none of the service advisers greet you. I had to step in the way of one of them in order to get noticed. Then, the service consultants dont keep you posted on the status of your vehicle. Then, when you call - no one ever answers the phone! Its simply ridiculous! Their entire staff needs to be trained on simple customer service! They are not living up to their motto at all!!!!!!
My experience was horrible, I had an appointment for 10:15 am..I arrived early,the service advisor Johari Karamoko was rude and unprofessional .He talked to me as of I didnt know what warranties I had on my car.I repeatedly told him I had a tire warranty and he continued to disregard me.i asked for his manager and Johari told me his manager Eduardo Ricardo was not in that day and in fact his manager was in and available.I did not receive any help from Mr.Ricardo he immediately sided with the service advisor. My vehicle was finally released at 3:30 pm .I am a diabetic and I got sick waiting for my vehicle to be serviced.i cannot go long periods of time without eating..This is the worst customer service experience I ever had in my life.Napleton kia River oaks service center needs a course in customer service.what happened to the customer is always right?What happened to professionalism? My husband and I have purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership with the exact same warranty on both cars and the service was good up until this horrendous encounter. This treatment of return customers is unacceptable!!!!!!

They like to play games and run a bait and switch on you. They advertise the cars for one price and then when you get there they tell you that in order to get that price you have to either be a vet or just graduated college or just had pancakes for breakfast or something stupid like that. And then they try to sell you that exact same car for $5,000 more.

The service personnel gave always. Web great, its Hyundais extremely POOR washed car which can only be described as water run over it. They dont even TRY to dry it. When I SEE what my friends get in car service uce from Their Sister Competitors when a car us brought in, blood boils. Their car barely stops B4 1-2 guys ask the purpose if the visit, take the keys and.begin vacuuming the floors, etc. And when their car is returned its Spotless.ON THE OTHER HAND:Hyundai River Oaks has had this expressed to them multiple times and their redundant response (if any) is that they are NOT as large as the other dealer locations, and thus cant do as well....On behalf of your customers, to that I say:There are Portable vaccums, there are buckets in which you can dip a soft brush and at least hit the rims, and there are towels you can get to wipe door seals of grime, and water which could freeze in winter.You get your car back and dirt grime and bird excrement wasnt even hised iff. Its still where it was.ANENUYUESWater barely chilledThere are candy machines in the Showroom area and MAYBE youll be treated to Fresh and Hot popcorn when they remember to buy and pop it; restrooms are just before entrance into showroom.

I was here with my mother to get her car an oil change and a tire rotation. It was just ok...Ive gotten spoiled because the last two dealerships I got service from gave courtesy washes. Napelton doesnt.

Impossible to contact over the phone. Goes from recording to recording. If you make it to the answering machine, it will hang up on you. It is beyond frustrating, especially since the manager is aware and says theres nothing he can do about it. When you finally do get to speak with someone, they act as if you are putting them out and they never have a definitive update on when your car will be ready.I could go on, but whats the point? Just be aware that if you decide to have your car serviced here, prepare to be irritated, frustrated, annoyed, and without your car for a very long time without any communication as to when it will be ready.
Todays visit to the service department was one of the best I have ever experienced the persons taking me and doing the work on my car at work flight and pleasant and courteous I did not have to wait long and I was pleased with the results of the work.

Drove from waterloo iowa (5hrs) after talking with a salesman about a vehicle. I specifically asked about the exterior condition and was totally lied too. He said the condition was second to none. I arrived and inspected the vehicle and I was immediately disappointed! The front wheel well had noticeable damage and looked as if they tried to hide it with spray paint! Folks seriously this was only the start it was the worst conditioned 2 year old vehicle I have ever seen! I understand a used vehicle is going to have a scratch or two but this thing looked like it had been stolen drove hard and put up wet!. Wasted my time, gas money etc. I will never ever do business here EVER

I was very disappointed and dissatisfied with the customer service....the sales lady outside the waiting room notice that myself and another lady were sitting there for over an hour without one person to give us a status on the work being done with our cars...she stated that someone will come shortly to give a brief report....that did not happen....she came out a second time, after which the lady sitting with me was notified....however nothing was said to me....I was told that the service would take 90 minutes....I arrive at 2:30 for my appointment and did not leave until 5:15.....it would have been longer had I not gone to see about my car....the guy that promised me a update status never came back....when I entered the area he pretended to not remember me....i was promised a car wash that never happened until i brought it back to the salesman attention....at that time I was too upset....to hear any apologies
