Stopped in to grab a pair of shoes before vacation. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this place for shoes if your near the mall

The workers there were amazing and they had all the shoes in my size. One staff member named Isaiah helped me so well. I picked out one pair of shoe, and instead of just ringing me up he helped me pick out another pair, and even better he actually compared the shoes I got to clothing in the store to help me pick out good matching clothing. He did so well to help me and I came out very satisfied. By far the best shoe buying experience I have ever had.

The assistant store manage Brian was great help. Found me exactly what i was looking for very kind and ensured i left satisfied and content with my purchase.

A lot of times they don’t have the size you want. And it’s a bummer when they offer to ship to your home since I live in Canada.It feels like it’s a final sale store or a outlet store when they don’t have all the sizes for lots of their shoes.

They have some really good shoes and I bought 3 pairs from them. However I do have a complaint for 2 shoes I bought. If theres anyway to contact thatll be great

Horrible they do not answer their phone.. someone used my name to purchase something.. I get an email of purchase and I was no where near cambridge let a alone footlocker

I bought 3 pairs of shoes at this location two weeks ago, one of the shoes start to break down after I used it for two times and I decided to go to the store to exchange it, the sales person who sold me those three pais of shoes for 416 dollars told me to contact Nike cause he couldn’t do anything to help me, he don’t even try to help me, I don’t remember his name but I don’t really care cause I’m not going back there, I went to Nike store at assembly row and met Mark the manager at that location who was very interested in help me, he also expressed that it Wasn’t his responsibility to fix footlocker problem but it was his job to make sure I got help since I am Nike costumer, he expende 30 minutes calling every single store around Boston to help me out, after that he asked me if I was able to go to Newbury st store to pick up my new pair of shoes otherwise they gonna have to ship it to me for free. That’s the reason I’m not going back to any footlocker location.

Never has sizes available. Sales associate said they will ship it to my house I agreed and asked the website is running a 25% off 200$+ promotion (Thanksgiving and Black Friday week & the next week) will I be getting the same if they place the order. He had no clue. I logged in and showed him the promotion, He straight up denied *NO CAP*. He said I don’t do that and just left with the shoe. I mean WHAT ?
